Nice play to stay

Great location and easy access to all tourist areas. Rooms are modern and well appointed and the parking was very easy. Highly recommend this property

The hotel is very nice but the lights in hallways are Motion sensor and when you step out of your room. The hall is pitch black. We had to take an earlier flight and the lobby was also dark and no one was by the desk. We had to ask to turn on the lights while we waited for a cab. Nice hotel but this is concerning!

Convenient and comfortable accommodation for a visit to Lourdes.

Location is excellent. The front desk ladies, especially the day shift, were brilliant and helpful. Loved our stay.

Great place!!

Convenient to everything especially to the church

Hotel seems to popular with groups, so desk can get quite busy at times. Checking in was a bit confusing because we had to park and clear direction about accessing the parking garage wasn’t provided. No fridge in the rooms and bed was more firm than I’m accustomed. Room was clean and was reasonably large. We were on the ninth floor which had access to a terrace with a lovely view of the city. Decent hotel for the price.

Very assessible and near to the sanctuary yet is quiet on a hill slope. Breakfast is good. Lots of restaurants surrounding.

Nice hotel, close to a lot of good attractions

The front desk, gorgeous women worked a miracle on getting us to the airport on time for our flight! When traveling to unknown places, the most important thing is service! I will always remember Awesome thank you my experience because of them!

Excellent place to stay

There weren't a lot of choices so maybe where we were was the best. It was a several block walk to any food and the street was pretty grimy and therefore not very appealing. The front desk personnel were very nice and helpful. Breakfast was good so we were glad we had chosen that option. Parking was not ideal but ok.

Very close to the sanctuary. Walking distance and close to all the shopping and restaurants.

Staff are courteous and helpful. Free water at the reception would be a nice welcome after long walks in the area.

The perfect location for our visit to Lourdes. The price was very reasonable.The restaurant was able to accommodate us on a very busy night. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. My only concern is the bathtub height. Could be a problem for someone with short legs to get in and out of so beware.

Fabulous staff!! The hotel is newly renovated and decorated. It is glorious. Eliseo has the best staff possible. We will never stay anywhere else in Lourdes.
