海尔兹埃尔星级酒店

酒店和凱旋門非常之近，而且附近還有很多食肆購物也非常方便

房間的設計簡單明亮，進出大門有管理所以房間安全放心許多，有簡易的廚房設備器具而且是設計師品牌質感很棒！不像其他飯店用的廉價用品可以自行烹煮食物非常推薦，使用的沐浴用品也是有品牌的品質保證，但其他備品只有第一天有其他三天只有補充衞生紙而已，還有大家要記得帶牙刷飯店不提供哦！另外房間打掃環境還可以再更好一點就完美了。飯店位置不錯離地鐵M1大摡十十分鐘左右，飯店離香謝大道很近，大家推薦CP高的龍蝦餐廳飯店附近也有一間哦！

location of hotel is nice, walking distance to avenue des Champs-Élysées & metro George V. about 8 minutes. Near by some grocery stores. In my personal experience, while we check in, the female staff is very nice, and friendly. another female staff, name should be Maria, also nice and friendly. those 2 female staffs will greeting to you, and always smile while we ask some questions. However, one of reception staff is not good, always sit and watch his mobile phone, playing game on the phone. or being talked phone all the time. Not saying hello to room guests while we walk out hotel. One thing happened while my staying. I need a van to move to another hotel while I check out, so in the morning I ask "A" staff to book van reservation for me, and told me cost 25 euro. I double check is twenty-five euro in English. In the afternoon, I ask "B" staff to re-confirm again if cost me twenty-five euro? but "B" staff would not like to call van company , and just told me if "A" staff told me is 25 euro, then it's 25 euro. the next day while I check out, and take van to another hotel, the van driver charge me 35 euro, no matter how I told driver hotel staff said it's 25 euro. this is my bad experience to this hotel, some staff's not friendly attitude. So I would say this hotel is good or bad, depends on what reception staff you meet.

Good all round, nice room for paris. Not sure about breakfast as i didnt eat there.

We were greeted by the nicest staff, the hotel and our rooms were ready and lovely. There was a personal note and macarons waiting for us. Our rooms were very nice and cleaned daily. If we needed help with transportation or reservations, the staff was ready to help. We loved the location! It was easy to get to restaurants, the arc de triomphe and the Eiffel Tower. The metro was a short, easy walk too. Would definitely stay there again!

We had a great stay, the hotel is in the perfect location close to the Arc de Triomphe, the Champs Elysee and the Metro too. The room was clean and comfy but didn't really spend much time there. The staff were all super nice and helpful and always available. I would definitely recommend.

I love this hotel being very convenient to all the dining spots and Champs Elysees , Arc di Triomphe. The suite is clean and I love the architectural design!

With kitchen appliances, it’s enough narrow space for skinny people, it’s cleaned, walk able to Arc de Triomphe and Metro Station

I do like the place. Location excellent. The only think that I don’t like is that I book a room with two floors it show a lot of space. And when I got there they gave me first floor with a lot of humidity on the walls. They change the room to a tiny room. I didn’t get the room with two floors as I booked Also they offer airport pick up. But is not free.

Only one think ,back of the hotel kindergarten. Kids makin crayz noise

We really enjoyed our stay. The hotel is very well located, close to all the designer stores. The bed and facilities were very good and clean too. The receptionist in the morning was very friendly and helpful.
