It feels like home. I received a warm welcome since the moment I arrived. Everyone in the hotel is friendly and kind, always with a sincere smile when greeting hotel guests- they so call friends :) The room is well organized with a lovely terrace, the view is nice, bedding is very comfy. Must try their breakfast, it’s fresh and healthy, of course very Paris. I will definitely come back to Hotel Lancaster and recommend to all of my friends!

It's always nice and sweet to feel like the hotel is just like the home, far away from home . Once you arrive , you can feel their keen service at the front door , and the reception. Also they have little garden,tiny yet calm, where you can enjoy your teatime in the lovely sunshine breeze afternoon .Feeling like yourself in heavenly Paris. Especially thanks to Eric, Jimmy from the reception,Eroll from the concierge to help me a lot since I was occupied by busy business trip and got sick. They will take care of you just like friends. Highly recommend !

The front desk service was mostly good, and the restaurant staff were also nice. However, the housekeeping staff were very lazy. During my 10+ day stay, they consistently failed to replenish essential items (cotton pads, shower caps, etc.) and didn't always fully replenish the water supply. No wonder some people commented that it wasn't clean; the housekeeping staff's professionalism was indeed lacking.

透過Hotel.com訂了一間套房75平方米的房間,也收到了訂房確認書! 到飯店check in的時候卻告訴我們沒有這樣的房型,應該是Hotel.com弄錯了...然後給了我們兩間加起來53平方米的小房間,半夜了,小孩累了只能先住... 隔天向經理抱怨,經理一開始也是態度不好,說有時候網路訂房就是這樣,他們75平方米的房間已滿,說他也沒辦法,只能提供目前的房間或者我們也可以選擇訂其他的飯店,雖然在經過一番討論之後,經理幫我們升等到100平方米的套房,但只能說這飯店的櫃台住房服務水準應該是三星 不過,其他餐廳人員或門房等的服務都不錯

Lived in both Hotel Lancaster and Hotel de Vigny this time in Paris and I personally prefer Lancaster over Vigny. The staffs are quite friendly and hotel overall conditions are good. Both hotels are considered as boutique hotels but Lancaster has a better bar area and a Michelin one star restaurant. The upside of the hotel is more convenient location, more equipped and nice balcony. Since it is closer to the main street, the drawbacks of Lancaster are noiser and smaller room compared to Vigny.

If you want to find a boutique and elegant hotel , this is it ! Though, the gym is too small , and without a pool , but they have a very best French cuisine restaurant . I love the breakfast and their service are beyond expection.

Zero privacy, the room next-door to us, you can hear people talk in normal voice. Very uncomfortable bed and management not interested in resolving the issue of noise. Imagine not sleeping or grabbing any privacy for five day. Will be requesting money back due to miserable experience.
