服務非常好，每位員工都親切！

酒店离香榭丽大街以及地铁站是真的很近，但也真的好小，非常小的大堂，非常小的电梯，非常小的房间！连酒店的门都好小，看着不像是个酒店！而且第一次找的时候是真的很难，路上问了好多人！

Fomos muito bem recepcionados e ao longo da estadia, percebemos que toda equipe é muito simpática e atenciosa. O quarto muito confortável e limpo. O café da manhã é simples, mas a simpatia dos atendentes compensou tudo. A localização é excelente, apenas duas quadras da Champs Élysées. Recomendo e voltaremos numa próxima viagem a Paris.

Reservei um quarto superior com cerca de 15 m e ocupei um que não tinha dez metros.Gostaria de ser ressarcida.

Room was spotless, and the woman at the front desk was absolutely lovely. All the staff I interacted with can, happily, clearly and effortlessly, communicate in English if needed

This was one of the best hotels we’ve ever stayed at. The staff made us feel incredibly welcome—everyone was courteous, pleasant, and always happy to help. Coline and the gentleman who managed the restaurant (possibly Leonardo?) were especially outstanding. They were truly amazing hosts and made our experience unforgettable.

We had a wonderful stay in this hotel. The rooms are very quiet and private. It is located in a convenient location to access many of the desirable sights either walking or by the Metro.

My family and I stayed here in two balcony suites, we loved Paris but this hotel was one of the highlights of our trips. Every day the staff was extremely friendly and accommodating to all of our questions and needs. During this trip I proposed to my girlfriend and the hotel staff was all in communication, they decorated the room and went above and beyond all of our expectations. We are accustomed to staying at 5 star hotels, yet this hotel treated us and acted as if it were one. I will only be staying here when I come back to Paris. 10/10!
