Disons que je n’ai pas été informée des travaux et que rejoindre l’hôtel en pleine chaleur était compliqué, à pied avec une valise, j’ai du faire un détour d’un quart d’heure à pied alors que j’étais très chargée, un coup fil m’informant des travaux aurait été très agréable, ou un mail m’indiquant par quelle rue arriver. La chambre n’est pas climatisée, pas de frigo et pas de boissons fraiches et sous les toits. Le petit déjeuné assez décevant, le café n’est pas à volonté, et une seule confiture un peu particulière, pas d’eau fraiche à disposition non plus … L’ensemble est correct mais pas inoubliable.

A good and affordable hotel right at the center of Honfleur

Great location. Very narrow staircase, hard to bring even carryon. I was looking for hotels with parking; and the description says it has, but all spaces were occupied even we contacted a little before arrival. The staff on the reception was very friendly and helpful.

Once we got there, we really enjoyed our visit. Breakfast was awesome and the room was nice. The staff very friendly. The construction in Honfleur during May 2026 made access to the hotel challenging, even on foot, since several streets which would normally afford access were closed. This should all be temporary. The hotel did a nice job of e-mailing and trying to advise on best places to park and how to get to the hotel.

Property is centrally located, but when I was there, lots of construction and parking was very scarce. Be prepared to calmly navigate the streets

Friendly staff and picturesque location in the heart of Honfleur! The interior was extremely clean and modern without sacrificing charm. Definitely the best possible hotel location in town

Parking for the hotel is a 10 minute walk away across cobblestones because of major structural work on a nearby building. Cannot even drop off bags in front of the hotel because of that. Room was fine and bed very comfortable.

Understand that they could not inform me before booking, or put in the hotel information that there is major work going on around the hotel. We got the notification after we had paid and booked, and for us with 10 pcs of luggage, I wish we had been informed before booking. Extremely helpful and excellent staff!

Goo location to centre. Parking options limited so be aware.

Incredibly charming 17th century hotel located right next to the Saint Catherine's Church. The rooms were clean and comfortable and came with some nice perks like electric black out curtains. The lady working the front desk when we arrived was immensely kind and accommodating; she was so nice about our late arrival and even allowed us to order off of the jarred food menu since all the restaurants were already closed.

This review has nothing to do with the staff, but directed to the management. The streets around hotel were under construction at the time of our visit and I would have appreciated the heads up, so giving me an opportunity to stay or cancel. The access to the hotel was completely blocked which made it very difficult to find the hotel.

the location is the BEST, centrally located; the staff was extremely helpful, the room was excellent, great bathroom, comfy bed, window that opened, heater on wall if needed, masseuse down the hall, breakfast staff wonderful, what more can you say - this hotel and staff are FANTASTIC; if you are in a car make sure to reserve the one parking space garage around the corner early:) a SUPER hotel

Un petit hôtel de centre ville. Accueil chaleureux. Un lit trop ferme et trop petit (190cm seulement alors que mon conjoint fait 1,93m). Une chambre sur rue très sonore.

The hotel was clean, and the bed was very comfortable. The in-room shower was powerful with plenty of hot water, although the shower head was fixed at waist height, meaning you had to hold it while showering. Communal areas felt a little shabby in places, though they were generally clean. It was disappointing that bottled water was charged to the room, which didn’t feel justified given the overall price; however, staff were attentive and removed this charge at checkout when raised. Breakfast offered a good selection, but the hot food was often lukewarm. That said, when we mentioned it, the staff were extremely helpful and quick to try and resolve the issue. Overall, it served its purpose as a centrally located place to stay, but it didn’t feel worth the nightly rate. The hotel is a bit tired and would benefit from some redecoration.

Petite chambre sous les toits, mais avec beaucoup de charme, par contre pas de climatisation mise à part un ventilateur à disposition. Personnel à l'écoute et serviable. Conseils utiles donnés avant l'arrivée pour pouvoir stationner gratuitement.
