The service is good and the room is clean. Just the air conditioner in the room not work properly, a bit hot.

乾淨舒適，服務人員親切，地點靠近購物區及凱旋門，接近地鐵站，交通便利，又有免費Wi-Fi，惟早餐一成不變。

前台接待人员热心周到，房间出人意料的宽敞，而且格调高雅。但是早饭有点简单，品种很少。

we had a suprior room with extra bed for our daughter. It's comfortable. The breakfast was good and the daily teatime is really a big plus. Service is very good. They are always helpful.

Location, staff, room size, cleanliness

Excellent stay at Le Friedland to celebrate New Year's Eve. The check-in was friendly and we appreciated the chocolates

The hotel has easy access and is walkable to many attractions. It’s about a 15-minute drive to the Eiffel Tower and a 10 minute walk to the Arc de Triomphe. There’s also a pharmacy and a grocery store right downstairs, which was very convenient. Overall, it worked out well except for the living space and beds. The room is really only suitable for two people .it felt too tight for three. We stayed in a triple deluxe room, but the beds were just joined together, causing a gap that made it uncomfortable for a couple to sleep. The bathroom is also very small.

The team was super friendly! The hotel location was amazing. 10/10 would recommend staying here

Quietness too tight in the open spaces

Amazing experience, starting with all the very polite and helpful staff, the location and comfort of the facilities, beautiful rooms. Excelent breakfast too. Wi-Fi needs to be improved

Gute Lage nur 10 Champs-Elysees, hübsches Zimmer-Design, die jungen Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption sind sehr bemüht. Inakzeptabel ist leider die Sauberkeit, obwohl die bisherigen Rezensionen diese loben: Mehrere schwarze Haare in der Badewanne, in den Handtüchern und der Bettwäsche. Ebenso Flecken in der Bettwäsche. Sowas habe ich noch in keinem angeblichen 4-Sterne-Hotel erlebt. Da ist es dann nur noch eine Randnotiz, dass die Regenshower-Dusche so tief hängt, dass man mit 1,88 m nicht mehr darunter stehen kann und beim Wasserhahn der Perlator fehlte. Leider absolut keine Empfehlung.
