Séjour le jour de Noël : accueil glacial, aucune écoute, aucun effort.
Late check-out Gold refusé alors que des chambres familiales étaient encore disponibles en ligne.
Petit-déjeuner minimaliste : 3 viennoiseries dans un panier, puis 3 de plus seulement après demande.
Un hôtel 4★ sur le papier, mais 2★ dans l’expérience. À éviter.

Just steps from the Louvre Palace makes this hotel very convenient if you are visiting the Palace. The rooms are clean but the space is awkward and is very dark due to dark walls and poor lighting. Amenities are a minimum. Front desk staff was very kind.

This was a great hotrl. The rooms were spacious. Everything seemed new. It was close to the train station so it was very easy to get in and out of paris. There was a fabulous restaurant 1 block away. I would stay there again without question
