Very clean , friendly stuff , few steps from Champs Elysees . Great location near shopping and restaurants . Very safe area.

Fantastic hotel with an ideal location just off the Champs Elysee; far enought to not hear too much noise, but close enough to easily walk. Clean, beautifully decorated an nicely laid out rooms.

Very small rooms but very comfortable beds! Slept great. Central location. No real Hôtel amenities but slept well.

Nice room. Small but apparently average for Paris. Had to ask for small towels. Did not change towels, even when placed on floor.

no check in me deram um apartamento ocupado, muita escada para chegar até o elevador, quartos apertados, quartos barulhentos, pouco funcionarios que não conseguem controlar os hospedes que faziam barulho.

Arrived to vomit on the floor in the reception area which was left for the whole time our party of 10 checked in, up to an hour. Two of the party came down with vomiting during our stay. Arrived home after two nights and realised that the hotel had taken £44.34 from my bank account without permission, which was not the tourist tax as that had already been taken, and I had not eaten at the hotel or had anything from the minibar. I was also given a receipt with another persons name and details on it aswell as an email addressed to someone else. This is totally unprofessional and breaches confidentiality. I have not been refunded this amount as the hotel are saying they have no receipt of the money the took, even though I have sent them proof of the amount and that the hotel had taken it. My bank has been informed and am still waiting for my money to be returned to my bank account.

É a segunda vez que nos hospedamos no hotel. Local muito bonito, limpo, renovado e bem conservado. O que nos fez escolher este hotel é que os quartos não tem carpete. Café da manhã muito bom. Localização excelente, próximo a Champs-Elysées e Arco do Triunfo. Funcionários educados e atenciosos.

Very well located this is a nice hotel with recently updated rooms. A few staff members not very friendly but most of them were great.

I had amazing stay at Hotel Lord Byron, lovely hotel with fabulous lobby and outdoor area. Great location too
