Very warm and friendly welcome, stay was quite comfortable but unfortunately the hotel is very noisy so I woke up several times from voices and other things. Rooms are OK but the shower cabin is a bit small.

It’s a lovely quiet small hotel. Located walking distance to Croisette, beaches, shopping, Dining. Extremely quiet, and very clean. I will stay here when I return and I highly recommend it. The owner is also helpful and nice.

Expedia should be a shame to have this hotel in the list.
No front door services.
Hotel door locked all the time with a phone number listed at front.
Rooms doesn't match basic hotel room.
Unsafe shower and bathroom.
No elevator to the second and third floor( in french means 1er et 2eme etage)
Price very high and its not worth it

This Hotel is Excellent,welcomed upon arrival and helped with our cases to the upstairs room which was lovely throughout. The bathroom and bedroom were immaculate and bed very comfortable,location is also just 10 mins walk to centre and beach,such a lovely stay will return next year for definite 😊

Really good location in Cannes. 10 minute walk to the beach and la croissette. Sylvie at reception is fantastic and has the answers to any practical tourist questions.
