態度很好，行政管理不佳，當時我就感覺可能有問題，請他檢查還一直跟我說沒問題，不會多扣。結果真的多扣130歐。害我事後必須繁複聯絡。床非常舒服我必須承認，但房間小到不行，有潮濕味兒。The bed is very good,but the room is very, very small, and finally it was a mass with their bill.My credit card was charged 130 eur more than the bill correct.And it bothered me a lot because it takes time and work to comunicate and resolve it .Then they just need to say sorry and give u back the money, but I lost time,money to call, and makes me bad mood. U should be more serious about the bill because this is not a cheap hotel relative to the space and quality.Otherwise I think that it is very irresponsible of ur part.

房間很小，浴室更小。房間有潮濕味，但是，有「我此生睡過最舒服的床墊」！！讓我覺得其它一切都可以原諒。服務人員很親切。所以，我覺得我不知道該說是好還是不好。但如果你常有腰酸背痛的問題，值得來這裡試試這神奇的床墊。

Convenable pour 1 nuit chambre très petite pour 3 la salle de bain minuscule il faut pas être un peu rond pour si habillé

Le problème est l'état général de l'ensemble. Tout est désespérément vieux et retapé en mode "amateur". Le mobilier (matelas fatigué, lit mal orienté, il reste 20cm pour passer et accéder à la "salle de bain", le bureau est une planche vissée au mur, et il y a des restes de tuyaux des radiateurs qui ont été retirés qui dépassent des murs...), la micro salle de bain (un rectangle de 2m80-2m80 par 80-90cm? / Avec mon gabarit j'ai eu du mal à m'asseoir sur le WC... / Le lavabo est quasi collé à la douche, le robinet mitigeur de la douche ressort tellement que quand on bouge, on appuie dessus... ) et la clim impossible à régler correctement qui vous arrive directement sur vous car au dessus du lit, ça fait beaucoup de choses qui ne vont pas. Ce n'est pas cher et bien placé, le propriétaire est très sympathique mais il faut tout remettre aux normes d'urgence.

Das Hotel ist super gelegen, direkt in der Altstadt. Ca. 20 Meter neben dem Ausgang vom Parkhaus. Der Service beim einchecken besser als in manchem 4 Sterne Hotel. Es gab kostenlos ein Plan von Avingon und es wurde sich richtig Zeit gelassen uns die wichtigsten Punkte zu erklären. Optimal wenn wan sich vorher nicht so informiert hat. Das Zimmer und Bad war sauber, aber in die Jahre gekommen. Wer ein sauberes Zimmer sucht und sich nicht an der alten Ausstattung stört ist hier richtig. Die Klimaanlage funktioniert einwandfrei. Das Preis ist für den Zustand und der Lage angemessen. Auch noch positiv zu erwähnen ist das Frühstück wo für jeden Gast auf Wunsch frische Eier zubereitet werden.

Leo and his wife were extremely helpful in giving suggestions for restaurants and directions. Our room was very small/tight quarters, but we knew that it would be up front given the historic nature of the building. Nice location central to everything within walking distance.

Located in the historic city center. No elevator, but Leo, the proprietor, was able to give us a room on the second floor (first floor, above ground floor, in French). He is extremely knowledgeable about the area and is trilingual (French, English, Spanish). His wife prepared a tasty breakfast in the charming dining room. They have a refrigerator that guests can use to store small amounts of food. The room was comfortable and quiet. We chose the hotel for proximity to the train station and to the river cruise dock, Quai de l’Oulle, and were delighted to discover its ambience and local color.

C est "mignon", cet hotel porte bien son nom! Les proprietaires sont sympas, serviables, le petit dejeuner est tres bon. . Ce n est pas du grand standing , mais c est propre et Idealement placé

Stayed for a night stop. The hotel itself is properly kept for a beautiful old building. Location is perfectly situated in the old town, breakfast was prepared by the friendly concierge staff, thank you.

The staff are so friendly, helpful, and gave us great sight seeing recommendations. The petit dejeuner was lovely and very quaint. It’s not the newest building but the owners have made it very cozy and comfortable. They go over and above to make your stay amazing!

Sehr freundlicher Empfang, das kleine Hotel liegt in der belebten Altstadt. Parkplätze gibt es genug außerhalb der Stadtmauer. Fußläufig ca 10 Minuten entfernt. Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten sind fußläufig erreichbar.

Liked the owner. Very knowledgeable and informative. Hotel was in a 14th century building so no elevator. Great location. Beautiful town. Easily walkable with plenty to see.
