尼斯河滨酒店

酒店人员很热情，客房也挺大，离马塞纳广场和老佛爷走路两三分钟，走七八分钟就到海边，总体很满意。

酒店位置方便，离市中心很近，附近商店也很多。服务员态度十分好，十分热心，就是酒店本身有点旧。

酒店位置不错，去马塞纳广场、尼斯老城均十分方便。客房干净整洁，还算不错。

While I had book that information state with 2 free bottle water. But while we check that already exclude. But near to Nice ville, Palais de Med and shopping area.

Début d expérience catastrophique. Au vu du prix de la chambre, nous nous sommes retrouvé dans une chambre minuscule. Il a fallu en parler au personnel pour enfin avoir une chambre digne de ce nom et de ce standing, rappelons le quand même, nous sommes sur un hôtel 4 étoiles. Bref heureusement que le personnel a su réagir.

The hotel was in a great location. Walking distance to everything required for the holiday. The staff were all very helpful and adviced about the things to do locally. Good local knowledge. The pool area was very clean and the kids had a blast as it was only them using it for the hour allocated. The rooms may need upgrading a little bit with deco and flooring Bathroom was clean. Overall good, would have been excellent if the room deco was updated.

location is great, near beach, restaurants, old town and walkable to everywhere and 20min from airport We stayed just after Easter 2026 lovely street to be based on - shopping, restaurants, cafes, chocolates, florist breakfast not worth it at all, very dated and basic offerings (although the ladies that ran it were very kind and friendly) when there is a wonderful cafe directly opposite and many more close by Never saw anyone serving at the bar during the day or night apart from one evening when they had a private function and even as hotel guests we were ushered out the way Only a couple of the reception staff are friendly/welcoming, the rest were actually really quite rude, one guy (short, slim, always sunglasses on top of his head) ate his fast-food lunch whilst working reception and ignored multiple guests On check out, he also chased me out of the swimming pool changing room, shouting outside for me to come out, after I used it to get changed before departing in my taxi, no apology or anything afterwards when he realised who I was. Our room was fine, very old fashioned and had a leaking unusable fridge but was comfy and clean The pool got a bit manic at times (you have to book with reception in advance) and the sauna was never on nor information how to have it turned on.

Great location near the centre of the new and close to the old town. Quiet also.

Poolen var så kold selvom der stod at den var 26 grader. Personale venlige. Havde under hele opholdet sat skilt på døren for at få rengjort værelset, men det skete ikke. Da vi nævnte det i receptionen ved udtjekning, sagde de ,at rengøring forstod det som at så skulle værelset ikke rengøres, når man hænger skiltet på døren! På et 4 stjernet hotel? Hold da op.

Excellent location with good transport links. Pool nice and warm.

Very friendly and helpful staff. The location couldn’t be any better, few blocks from the beach and all the shops and restaurants and the main city square. Conveniently located 15 minutes walk from the Nice train station. The room was very nice and clean. The neighborhood is very nice and safe. I highly recommend this hotel.

After arriving at the hotel, the receptionist told me breakfast was not included although it was included. She took and copied my debit card as well. While sleeping in the bed I woke up itching and there was a spider in my bed ( I have the photos ). I had to wipe the floor full of dust. The was dust in the hotel and work and sawing and drilling going on. The other receptionists were nice and he confirmed there was a mistake and breakfast was included
