O hotel é bem centralizado, tendo estação de metrô e ônibus bem próximas e estando a menos de 30 minutos caminhando de alguns pontos legais como o Louvre, o jardim das tulheiras e a Champs Elysees. A equipe é bem educada e solícita e os quartos são limpos e confortáveis. Único ponto negativo é o chuveiro, que fica preso no teto e não tem box, o que dificulta um pouco o banho.

We upgraded to a comfort room after our first night definitely worth it. The room was much larger. Staff was super friendly! Amazing location you could pretty much walk to every attraction. So many restaurants around the hotel. The Galleria was a short walk away. The metro was around the corner. The breakfast was disappointing mostly prepackaged items.

這家四星級酒店座落地點非常便捷，位於小巴黎治安相當好的區塊，尤其交通上非常方便，步行10分鐘可達遠近馳名的老佛爺百貨、春天百貨，離地鐵站也算便利，如果天氣好你願意當散步走走，其實各大知名景點如杜樂麗花園、協和廣場，甚至香榭麗舍大道等都能在步行範圍。
標準客房間空間有點小，行李展開後走道幾乎就沒行走位置，但就像日本東京的許多酒店一樣，地點好房間就會侷促一些，不過房間算是整潔舒適，適合情侶或朋友，如果要寬敞一點的空間，就要入住頂樓有私人陽台的套房，而且還會有個小客廳及浴缸，會比較適合有3-4人的家庭。
前檯人員親切友善，飯店有早餐供應，若覺得早餐費用較高，附近一大早也有麵包店、咖啡廳、雜貨店可以採買麵包、飲料、水果，飯店大廳、電梯都很迷你，與台灣的精品商務飯店類似，但對我來說算是很不錯的選擇，若有機會帶家人自由行，還會考慮再次入住。

Further out from main attractions but the metro was 5 minute walk away so not too bad, not too many restaurants or convenient stores around later in the night. AC did not work well, we would wake up drenched in sweat every night. Definitely would not say 4 stars, more like 3 and our room was right at the entrance and could smell smoke from outside our room on the first floor.

Overall, this hotel was a decent value for the price. Pros- i found the opera neighborhood to be more locals rather than tourists; the hotel was close to the printemps and galerie lafayette department stores.
Cons - some of the outlets didn’t work; room was quite small.

The front desk people were wonderful. Room was clean, air conditioning worked perfectly. Shower and bed very good. We were disappointed that our espresso machine didn’t work but the people at the front desk were great to make us our morning coffee. We would have also liked our refrigerator to work but it didn’t.
