Room was clean. Location is perfect. Hotel staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Testarurant was great. Only tow complaints: our coffee cups were not cleaned by housekeeping and the during check-in that kept insisting that my children have some sort of photo id for the city tax. We are currently residing in nearby Toulouse where we had left their passports in the B&B safe. The woman at the front desk couldn't seem to believe this and was kind of rude about it. We travel all over France and England for months out of the year every year. We have never had this issue. Is it a new thing? If so, they should make it clear on the reservation that every person staying at the hotel will need a photo id or send an email - anything other than stressing out late-night travelers who only want to go to bed.

breakfast is good except for the eggs that we need to boil it out self and it takes time to boil because the water is not hot enough. We are all satisfied and if we will go back to Lourds we will definitely stay in Panorama Hotel and also we will recommend to our friends and family. The bathtub is the only issue, its too high to go inside to take shower and kind of slippery.

Excellent location --- steps from the shrine. This hotel is pretty typical for the area (I've stayed in other properties.). Breakfast good. Air conditioning was a bit crazy --- but we shut it off. There is a connected bar and coffee shop to the hotel.

Bathtub and shower room must be fixed because water is coming out. Bath towel should be bigger than a regular one but if they can’t change it at least replace them with new ones. Iron and ironing board should be provided not making you bring your clothes downstairs to iron your clothes. Anyway the good one is they have excellent staff who are nice and knowledgeable with your questions.

Sauberes Zimmer, zweckmäßig eingerichtet,.., Betten Matratzen könnten besser sein.
Frühstück zweckmäßig / überschaubar für den Preis.
Restaurant im Haus sehr gut. Es geht auch sehr schnell von Bestellung bis es kommt.

L’hôtel est vraiment très bien situé.
Le personnel de l’accueil est très accueillant et sympathique. Elles ont une joie de vivre et un sourire qu’on voit rarement.
Les chambres sont propres, pas très spacieuses mais d’une taille suffisante.
Le petit-déjeuner était bon.
Le soir nous avons mangé au restaurant mais il ressemble plus à une cantine avec du personnel qui parlait fort (presque se disputait devant nous ce qui était très désagréable) rien à voir avec la gentillesse du personnel de l’accueil.
