Wonderful stay with outstanding staff!
The hotel staff were amazing, especially Vanessa at the front desk. She helped me with all my issues and always did so with a smile. Her positive attitude, problem-solving skills, and willingness to help truly made my holiday perfect. The food at the restaurant was also delicious. I would definitely recommend this hotel!

The panorama hotel was fantastic. The staff was friendly and helpful. We went to visit the Our Lady of Lourdes grounds. It was the closest to the entrance. We tried the breakfast buffet but it wasn’t great.

L’hôtel est vraiment très bien situé.
Le personnel de l’accueil est très accueillant et sympathique. Elles ont une joie de vivre et un sourire qu’on voit rarement.
Les chambres sont propres, pas très spacieuses mais d’une taille suffisante.
Le petit-déjeuner était bon.
Le soir nous avons mangé au restaurant mais il ressemble plus à une cantine avec du personnel qui parlait fort (presque se disputait devant nous ce qui était très désagréable) rien à voir avec la gentillesse du personnel de l’accueil.

Wonderful stay with outstanding staff!
The hotel staff were amazing, especially Vanessa at the front desk. She helped me with all my issues and always did so with a smile. El Servicio de atención fue muy bueno, muy amables. El Hotel está muy cerca del Santuario, tiene estacionamiento de pago a 200 mts.
Lo malo el olor a comida a pesar de estar 4 pisas arriba, y el mal olor que hay en el baño.

Solo tienen parking para 5 autos, aunque hay otro de paga en la esquina. Había moho en la ducha, no quise hacer alboroto por eso pero es un punto que pueden mejorar con un poco de lejía. El personal es atento y el cuarto muy cómodo y silencioso

Obligé de changer de chambre à presque minuit, obligé de s’énerver contre le réceptionniste car télé HS, il nous dit on peut rien faire votre chambre n’est pas chère . Je ne suis pas technicien. Aucun respect et aucun sens du commerce. on nous propose finalement une autre chambre sans balcon, pour finalement nous en donner une autre avec bacon. Cet hôtel est sur côté, la peinture du balcon qui s’effrite, moquette tachée, mur de la chambre marqué, une seule prise dans la chambre ect … Petit déjeuner médiocre pour 17e par personne.
