Hôtel agréable, chambre calme et confortable. Salle de bain rénovée. Les personnes à l’accueil sont très agréables.

Très rudimentaire et peu insonorisée, la chambre était correcte, sans plus. Parfait pour n’y être que de passage. Seul point très positif : le personnel est d’une grande gentillesse et très serviable.

Struttura in pieno centro, a pochi passi dalla Cattedrale e dalla piazza principale, ma decisamente vecchia e poco accogliente. La reception è aperta solo la mattina, le camere sono spoglie (il letto è una branda, senza neppure la testata), le scale e i solai in legno e quindi rumorosissimi (chiunque rientri di notte sveglia tutto l’albergo). Mancano ascensore e climatizzazione.

Staff was extremely rude, little flexible and completely unprofessional. They property is not properly listed, this hotel doesn’t have a reception and “check in” instructions are supposed to be shared with you prior to arrival (I never got any), and when we called for support they hung up and had no willingness to help or support us. We ended up booking another hotel down the block (ETC hotel) and we lost what we had pay for this one, though it was worth it. ETC hotel staff was amazing, 24/7 reception and went beyond to accommodate us at a more than reasonable price and facilities and stay was great.

The room was lovely and it was very convenient while being slightly out of the way of any traffic. So, perfect.

Resolvemos passar a noite em Estrasburgo de última hora e esse foi o único hotel que encontrei disponível que a diária nao fosse acima de mil euros. Foi péssimo!!!Tem recepção que aparece alguém em poucos horários e a atendente, quando chegou, foi super grosseira. Quartos velhos e com mau cheiro, banheiro sujo, toalhas ruins. Unico aspecto positivo é a localização. Serviu apenas para não passar a noite na rua, porque nem dormi consegui, sequer tive coragem de tirar a colcha velha que tinha em cima da cama ou deitar a cabeça no travesseiro. Quem for alergico tem que passar longe!!

Pratique car centre ville pas cher mais un peu rustique. Toilettes communes douches communes pas de tv. Pour une nuit ça passe.

A great, centrally located hotel in the Strasbourg city center with basic amenities. Easy check-in process, even once reception is closed. Easy to get to from the train station via the tram.

Tres bon accueil, personnel agréable et souriant. Commun (wc et salle d’eau) très propre et toujours disponible. Parfait pour visiter Strasbourg, on est dans le centre. Le petit déjeuner au salon de thé en face est très bien !

The bed was comfortable and the shower was great. We were amazed that both Friday and Saturday evening we heard no noises from outside, even with the window opened on Saturday evening. The location is great for visiting Strasbourg. We requested a kettle on the Saturday evening. The check-in was done by phone, so one has to make sure they ring the number with the prefix 0033. Overall we would stay again.
