I will never ever choose Pax Opera again！I don't recommended this hotel！！！I checked in on 16/Sep night，at first I found just a little eczema on my neck ，I didn't think it a big problem and I don't like bother other people ，so I still living in the room.Then things getting worse，the eczema geting more and more，it’s on my back 、arm、leg、even my face！I asked the reception for help，they changed another room for me，but it didn't solve the problem.After I changed the room，my husband found a very small worm on my pillow！And he got some eczema too！It makes me very surprised！I know Pax Opera is a three stars level hotel ，and I trust the standard of star level，I can't believe it really happened in Pax Opera.Otherwise，everytime I walk into my room，I feel my room is very humid，I think it's another reason make me ill.You know，it’s our honeymoon，I adimre Paris for a long time，and what happend in Pax Opera makes me so sad，and it will mess up my next plan about my travel，I planed to take wedding photoes in Rome，now，I don't know whether my face can getting better or not.I’ll put some pictures about this issue below，hope can help you.Besides，I asked Pax Opera to refund our stay，they refused to take their responsiblity！I will never choose Pax Opera again，and if the eczema never disappear ，leave scar on my body or my face，I will never fogive you.

the space in the room is big enough

Very good hotel. Good location, very near metro, clear room and nice staff.

the room is very small, especially the shower room, I guess most of western guy can not fit in . no space to put toiletry, they should put some shelf. The carpet is very dirty. other than this, the reception is very kind and helpful. good location.

這裡的房間不大 但是精緻 重點是這裡的櫃台人員服務態度超級親切 附近有多個超市及餐廳 走到逛街區也很近 是很推薦的巴黎住宿地點

交通方便， 房間乾淨寬敞，價格合理 而且櫃台人員 Ms. Eugeeuie 很熱心，大力推薦。

Nice staff and location

Very nice if you’re looking to sleep. Yes, I know I was on vacation but I still needed to get some work done and the nonexistent WiFi was a problem. I asked the front desk for a solution and the answer was “I don’t know “ and walked away. That with an outdated TV for the downtime, meant that I to go to Starbucks for WiFi and look at the ceiling on my downtime

Breakfast was just Ok. Great croissants, eggs and coffee were excellent. . But based on my previous stayrs in other hotels in Paris, the selection was limited. Staff was amazing. Friendly amd knowledgeable. Location was very good. Near metro and bus. Staid when I landed and stayed again4 nights before departure.

とても素敵なホテルで、ぜひまた泊まりたいです！部屋も可愛らしい飾りやおしゃれな家具もあり窓からの景色も最高。また私が電気ケトルを使いたいと言うと、もちろん！とすぐに貸してくれました。スタッフの方々も皆さん優しく、本当にありがとうございました！

The bath tub is too high to get in and out. It's also quite narrow but it's European, I guess

No kettle in room- had to access hot water on ground floor in bkfst room but only til 10pm.I got abused by rude night receptionist for trying to access just after curfew.

This is a lovey hotel not far from Paris' main attractions. They provide all the essentials and daily housekeeping.

Ce hôtel est iéalement situé , nous sommes très satisfaites de notre sejour.....nous reviendrons....l accueil est chaleureux...le personnel efficace et serviable......les chambres propres et agreables..... Je conseille vivement cette adresse

accueil parfait , avec gentillesse et sourire . Hotel idéalement situé , métro à 2 minutes Toute petite gêne occasionnée par travaux d'embéllisement en cours mais qui vont contribuer à améliorer l'agrément du lieux pour les clients suivants
