The desk manager and the staffs gave the best assistance and respond to my enquiry and requests. The interior design of the hotel and room facility are super good and comfortable. Near to Arc de Triumph. Landmark of Paris.

房間價有點貴。房間隔音非常差，每天早上都有人推床打掃房間聲音。訂了幾晚房間只有提供－次用品和一枝水。另外，我們來到時上午十時但check in 只可以2點才可以，但是我見到另外有些外國人12時來到酒店已可以check in。感覺得有點歧視亞洲人。下次應該不會再訂。

Kleines und sauberes Zimmer, Bad/WC mit Tür abgetrennt und kleiner Balkon. Personal sehr freundlich und Lage top. Champs Elysée und Metro GeorgV in 5 min erreichbar. Direkt am Boulevard Hausmann, zu Fuß in 25 min bei den Grands Magazines.

This hotel is conveniently located, close to public transport and several dining options. The staff were very friendly helpful. The rooms were good size, quite comfortable with all the amenities. I would recommend

The hotel is unassuming we actually walked pass it after arriving. The entrance/lobby is nice the staff always spoke and interacted whenever coming and going. They made the most of the room space it didn't feel as small as most ppl claim in regards to paris hotels. The only compalint is our room was next to the dining area so each morning if we were up we hear the staff preparing for the food service. But it wasnt a deal breaker. We would definitely stay again and recommend to anyone visiting paris. #safe #closetoshopping #closetotransportation #friendlystaff

Vi ble møtt av en hyggelig resepsjonist ved innsjekking. Rommet var fint og rent og badet moderne. Renhold hver dag var serviceinnstilt og vi var godt ivaretatt. Frokostbuffé var god, ferskt brød og pålegg. Vi fikk personlig service på kaffe/te og betjeningen var veldig vennlige og behjelpelige. Vi nøt lange frokoster og koste oss med champagne. Vi vil gjerne komme tilbake til dette hotellet, som tilbød et behagelig opphold for vår flotte og opplevelsesrike ferie i Paris.

Friendly staff. Excellent service, staff are very attentive. Just ask the front desk to book you a van/cab, waiting time is quick or you can book the night before. We had their breakfast and it was good. We had breakfast daily in the hotel to save time. Anyways, there are many restaurants to choose from diff areas. Great location, indeed!

Todo excelente

Flight landed in the early morning, and hotel easily held our luggage while we explored. At check-in, luggage was already waiting in our room. Staff were kind, and responded quickly when asked to raise the heat. Moreover, the location was perfect, as it was close to the Champs-Elysées and metro, but far enough to avoid crowds and noise. Only issue was the shower head breaking off, but we alerted the staff who took care of it by the time we returned.
