拉斐尔酒店

外部看不太起眼，内部装修很漂亮。办理入住时前台态度不太热情。走廊有letter box很方便寄信。住在普通套房，很宽敞，房间干净而且维持得很新。楼顶酒吧有不错的视野，但是比较小，而且酒吧十点停止营业似乎有点太早了。这是第二次入住该酒店，总体来说满意。

Hotel im Antiken Stil, was an sich toll ist. Aber leider ist auch die Infrastruktur antik und in die Jahre gekommen. Service ist nur ok, zwar sticht der eine Angestellte hervor, aber allgemein sind die Angestellten nicht zuvorkommend. Dies erwartet man bei einem Fünfsternehotel der oberen Preiskategorie. Es sieht aber leider so aus, als wär der Preis stark davon beeinflusst, dass sich das Hotel in der Nähe der bekannten Strasse Champs, Élysées befindet. Fazit für den Preis (Junior Suite, 800 circa die Nacht) fehlt noch ein gutes Stück. Sehen Sie sich S. O./Paris Hotel an. Für weniger mehr.

If you are looking for a hotel in one of the most prestigious areas of Paris, you can stop your search if you are reading this review. Hôtel Raphael is an incredibly beautiful and historic hotel with an amazing and attentive staff. If your stay in Paris needs to be special, this is the place. We stayed in room 608 and it was incredible. The size of the suite is that is a nice apartment in Paris and the views of the Eiffel Tower from your own private terrace ( and bed) are near beyond words! This is the place that you have been looking for.

Ehdottomasti koko hotelli kaipaa remonttia! Hintataso ja laatu eivät kohtaa. Kaikki matot haisevia kulahtaneita (täynnä epämääräisiä läikkiä), kaikki huonekalut kolhittuja kuin olisi kierrätyskeskukselta/kirpputorilta haettu.. Aamupalan valikoima erittäin niukka. Valaistuksen kytkimistä puuttui logiikka, meni ikuisuus kun yritit esim. sammuttaa jonkun valon, oikeata kytkintä ei löytynyt millään. Sänky oli erinomainen, tosin tyynyt yli isot.

Old building

I have stayed at this property many times before for the roof top terrace and the location. After bookng this hotel at a big premium during the olympics, I found out the roof top was bought out during my entire stay. The hotel is in serious need of a remodel. The plumbing, fixtures, furniture and carpets are not in good shape. Normally, I book the president suite which is not in as bad of a condition. Had I know the roof top was not available, I would have booked another hotel. And for my next trip, I will book a different hotel. Hopefully, the hotel will remodel in the near future because I do love the staff, the size of the hotel, and location.

The staff was wonderful - very accommodating as expected. The champagne in the room was a very nice touch. Loved the regal style and feel of the rooms.

Great location, service and staff. Concierge had great restaurant recommendations and booked them for us. The property itself is a bit dated and tired. No electronic hookups in the rooms for devices and old bathroom fixtures.

Great hotel overall. Staff very polite and helpful. Conveniently located Hotel.

The staff needs to be trained how to be nice if there working in a so called 5 star establishment.
