Good size of rooms, location in Cannes is central. It is a busy street, on the noisy side if you have your windows open. No AC. Rooms look and feel like they have not been refurbished for 20 years or so. But it feels clean, and gives good value for the prize.

The location was fantastic, you cannot be more centre of the action than this. Walking to al the hip restaurants like 2 mins. 5-10 mins walk to beach and waterfront. All the brand name and famous stores are all around there. This is like staying one block away from Rodeo drive. Staffs are friendly and helpful; just as caution hotel reception opens late so be sure to reach out before if you plan to arrive early. We have complimentary breakfast which was very nice; keep in mind they are simple breakfast, not buffet style. They have safe in room but you will need to ask for keys. Kettlenis also available upon request. The room itself is ok. The toilet and bathroom is separated. Bathroom seems to be renovated more recently. There are signs that the room is dated as I noticed wall paper is starting to peel, not the most comfortable room we have been but also not the worst....lol You will need to weight in what's important to you. Is it comfort? Is it the location? Want to be in action or quiet? On Budget or money is no issue? I thought the price was reasonable based on all elements. Will come back if we have limited budget again. Might consider a bit more updated hotel next time if our wallet is a bit bigger. Thanks

Literie très sommaire. Le petit déjeuner est correct. Il est servi à partir de 7h mais nous avons eu le plaisir d’être servi à 6h30 pour des raisons personnelles. Il est en plein centre ville au milieu des commerces. Le personnel est attentif et très agréable

De hotel had een koelkast dit jaar. Ik krijg de ontbijt in het kamer niet veel opties op het lijst. De hotel is dichtbij de zee en winkels en heeft wel veel geluid van buiten s' nachts.

Helt okej hotell, bra säng och badrum. Rent. Ligger perfekt för den som åker med tåg. Men, superlyhört och ingen kyl.

Excellent location and very clean. The staff are really friendly. It's best if you are only staying a short while for business.

Het is een heel mooie hotel schoon goede personeel . Ik ben 10 dagen gebleven altijd heel leuke mensen bij receptie, schoonmaak personeel altijd heel schoon netjes kamer gehad.

Is een heel mooie hotel naast de zee en naast de gare .

Paid parking 3min away, expensive but very convenient $28eu /day. Breakfast is included, front desk staff very nice and close to everything. Not soundproof at all, heard road, neighbours and all the doors loudly.

We are very happy booked this hotel we booked from Sweden. The personal are very kind and nice especialy a man in middel age

Trevlig personal som pratade okej engelska, täcket var lite smutsig när vi checka in men de bytte dom på en gång. Väldigt nära till stan vilket var ett stort plus. Hyfsat lyhört men överkomligt. Prisvärt men kanske inte gjort för längre vistelser.
