good service. good location. The hotel location is very close to Le Bon March and the surrounding area is safe. We arrived at the hotel early and they helped us get into the room early. Hotel also provide simple afternoon tea. Very dedicated service. I asked the counter person to send two postcards on November 2nd and paid the fee. It's been almost two months now and I still haven't received the postcard. Just don't know what happened, maybe the post office did not deliver my postcards?

When we arrived there was some refurbishment going on. There was electric wires everywhere and no working lift (we were 2 floors up). No pre warning. Our shower flooded and there was also a open telephone point in our room with exposed wires. No breakfast available as the room had all the furniture piled up. Staff were friendly and helpful. Just a shame we weren't pre warned about all the work going on.

The hotel is located in a great location. The staff is friendly. They were doing renovations while we were there so we had to go to a nearby hotel for breakfast and the lift was not working. Despite these little inconveniences, I would recommend this hotel. The rooms are spacious and the area is quite but convenient.

Chambre très propre, spacieuse et avec une très bonne literie. Personnel d’accueil gentil !
Malheureusement hôtel en travaux donc parties communes très sales, ascenseur en panne, poussière et surtout du bruit à partir de 7h30 du matin. Franchement pas top, surtout que personne ne nous préviens à l’avance évidemment !!
