good service. good location. The hotel location is very close to Le Bon March and the surrounding area is safe. We arrived at the hotel early and they helped us get into the room early. Hotel also provide simple afternoon tea. Very dedicated service. I asked the counter person to send two postcards on November 2nd and paid the fee. It's been almost two months now and I still haven't received the postcard. Just don't know what happened, maybe the post office did not deliver my postcards?

Good experience, good location, reasonable price

距離地鐵站近，附近又有多家超市，房間空間足夠且乾淨外加有電梯! 服務人員親切，還可以訂18歐的機場接送省去搬行李上下地鐵站

我們住5樓，先坐電梯去4樓，然後要在4樓再上一層樓梯，如果有大行李比較麻煩。但酒店房有露台，街景，景觀美好。

返早班的reception服務員能說英文非常流利,而且很友善

I recommend that this hotel has good service and clean, the position is convenient to take public transports.

Le personnel est très accueillant, cependant l’hôtel est en travaux et le tarif reste identique. Le petit déjeuner est à prendre dans un autre hôtel à proximité. Hôtel très bien situé dans un quartier calme.

Hotel was ok. Rooms are A bit outdated. shower could be cleaned better. But overall ok

Early checkin available. Centrally located. Triple room was spacious. Cute window overlooking the street and fake fireplace for charm. Pleasant staff at checkin.

Equipe, localização, atendimento

The room was very clean! Bath robes were provided. There was great lighting in the bathroom especially if you have to do makeup. The staff was really friendly and even kept our luggage before and after our check in and check out times. I will definitely stay here again
