"Excellent séjour dans cet hôtel familial où l’on se sent immédiatement comme à la maison. L’accueil est chaleureux et le personnel est d’une grande gentillesse, toujours disponible et souriant. Le petit déjeuner est particulièrement copieux et varié, avec de nombreux produits de qualité. Tout est réuni pour passer un très bon moment. Je recommande cet établissement sans hésitation et j’y reviendrai avec grand plaisir ! "

Personnel parfait. Prestation largement pas à la hauteur des attentes. Rouille dans la douche et sur des équipements, interrupteurs, télécommande tv, poignées de portes… poisseux. Peintures écaillées… Mauvaises odeurs dans les communs et dans la chambre…
Aspect général absolument pas à la hauteur des trois étoiles annoncées.
Dommage le personnel est agréable.

Fantastic welcome from front of house staff. Room was clean and enjoyable. Great location near a rail station and close to most sights and sounds. Highly recommend the Hotelo Lyon Ainay for your next stay - they could not have been more helpful with guidance and care of guests.
