Lovely staff and very helpful. The location is very quiet and is at the foot of the mountain. Breakfast is good and lots of variety. It’s only 10mins walk to Lourdes Sanctuary. It’s a lovely walk to the sanctuary by the river. I would recommend this hotel.

Room is lil spacious. Front desk Jean Claude is excellent.

Would stay here again. Great value. Very nice hotel.

The area though about 14 minute slow walk to the Basilica of Lourdes is good for the price of the hotel. The things I didn’t like: the bathroom is not ideal for elderly guests because the partition in the shower is not fixed. You really have to be careful as not to slip and accidentally hold on to the partition. It could break. There are fruit flies landing on the croissants at breakfast. Dinner was good. Buffet but only served pork as the main dish. Vegans or veterarians have options.

One room was refurbished while other wasn't and very uncomfortable. Well as they say, you pay peanuts, you get monkeys. But this is the best hotel we could find at booking.

Great place

Very good hotel in quieter part of town. Centrally located with only short walk to main sights and restaurants. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Parking on site was a bonus.

The beds must be replaced. They are too small. The mattresses are worn out and very uncomfortable.

I enjoyed very much if i woukd visit Lourdes again i will definitely choose Alliance Hotel, excellent value for money.

The lovely lady at reception really made me feel welcome and she was able to help me with every question I had.

Close to the sanctuary Staff very pleasant and happy to help with any queries

Parking lot next to hotel amd large parking lot 5min away walking. Clean and minimalist.

Hotel refuses to acknowledge request for cancellation and refund despite enough notice prior to date of reservation. Due to contracting the Covid-19 and my father’s passing from the same virus, my family couldn’t make the trip and yet I keep getting the same excuse that the manager is not around despite several attempts to contact. How can anyone be this cruel?

easy parking, quite location in corner, a joining room doors when in a big group, its perfect for group and single pilgrim travelers

It was walking distance to the shrine and to the bus to the city., also to the shopping area. At first I could not find the property as a bus was blocking its name, the breakfast for 7 Euros was pretty good, and for 13 Euros the dinner was ok, it comes with a glass of wine.

When I arrived for checking, they had my magnetic card and name ready for me. It took 1 second. Very helpful, great breakfast and friendly multi-lingual staff. 7 minitues from Lourdes Sanctuary, walking.

It was wonderful experience. Price well paid.Hope to visit the same Hotel again . Walkable distance to Lourdes and friendly and helpful staffs
