walking distance to Eiffel Tower, many restaurant, bar, Chinese restaurant, supermarket, bakery and phone SIM card shop nearby the hotel. (some of them even open on Sunday) the hotel is quiet and traditional style, you will like it for taste of France.

离地铁近，周边有中餐和日餐。 酒店遇到中国人前台，交流很方便。 电梯小，早餐品种少。

白天白皮膚的人服務很好，晚上黑皮膚的人服務態度超差。離捷運距離普通，但路程中有家溫州人開的中菜不錯！整體還算乾淨、網路也還可以，房間有WiFi但沒有有線網路。裝潢還可以，早餐要另加12歐！！旅館的人完全沒跟我講，只說幾點到幾點有早餐…感覺超級差。

The room was clean but there were other issues. The room was slanted in a very noticable degree, like it´s sinking on one side. So when we stood in the room we didńt feel level and everything rolled to one side. The air conditioner leaked a lot so we had to put a towel under it on the floor. And we had no control of it, it is controlled in the reception so you have to call them to adjust your room temperature. We were on the third floor so to get to it, the elevator takes you to 2 1/2 floors up and you have to get out and climb up spiral stairs to go to 3 or down to get to 2. Not great when you have to carry heavy luggage. The tub was pealing inside, the door on it is cut in half so when you are showering, water splashes out on the toilet and floor so all around the edge of the wall it looks rotted and dirty, it was also dirty around the base of the shower door. Over all, we were disappointed on the condition of the hotel but it was located in a good area. We didn’t pay the extra for the breakfast, and after we saw the condition of the room, we were glad we didn’t.

Convenient walkable location to Paris city center and restaurants. Room was small but clean. Room's floor was. slightly at a slope as our wheeled luggage would roll. Very noisy when people shut their rooms' doors with loud bangs; otherwise, it is quiet at night. The front desk receptionist was very friendly. Shower has "half" door stall (similar to many hotels in Paris) which does not prevent water splashing on the floor when you take shower - so ask for extra towels to dry the floor.

Not a 3 star hotel. Really worn out.

The room was so dirty that we left to another Hotel.

Muy limpio, amabilidad del personal, desayuno . Facil acceso zona segura Lo único es los espacios reducidos.

Hotel próximo a um Carrefour, vários restaurantes, lojas e a duas linhas de metro. Recomendo

Tudo ótimo, funcionários super atenciosos, prestativos. A localização é muito boa, bem perto de duas estações de metrô, a mais próxima é a Commerce! Na mesma rua existe um supermercado e virando a esquina tem um Carrefour. Uma única observação é a respeito da internet, infelizmente no nosso quarto ela não funcionou corretamente, ficamos no 502, e o sinal era horrível. Apenas isso, do resto foi tudo perfeito! A outra estação que tem próxima, a La Motte-picquet - Grenelle. Próximo ao hotel tem padarias e outras coisa! Recomendo muito o hotel!

Excelente servicio al cliente . El cuarto contaba con televisión aire acondicionado . Era justo lo necesario . Y el lugar estaba muy bien ubicado cerca del metro para poder transportarse .

Eu gostei da estadia com metro um pouco perto, mas em geral andamos pouco pra chegar la, nao andamos de onibus entao nao vou saber informar. O quarto era limpo a cama boa, banheiro limpo e tinha banheira, tinha aquecimento tambem mas nao precisou que usássemos. Perto tambem tinha lavanderia, supermercados, e lugares para tomar cafe da manhã.

Sheets and shower were clean. I had a spider in my bed, but at least it did not return once I got rid of it. There was some electrical problem one evening and no lights. Otherwise, ok comfort.

I cannot say how wonderfully friendly all the FOH team are, they cannot do enough to accommodate. However, the hotel is grubby, run down, dirty and it isn’t worth even £80 per night. The walls are paper thin, you can hear absolutely everything from a snore to a conversation. The carpets are full of grime, dirty walls in bathroom, dusty and mouldy areas too. I honestly don’t know how it’s even approved as a listing Expedia it’s appaulling and I had to stay 3 nights to my disgust!!!!

Que delícia de hotel… simples, mas muito agradável… os atendentes super gentis. A localização maravilhosa… perto de 3 linhas de metrô, colado no Carrefour… dá pra ir andando até a torre Eiffel … super indico

Nous sommes arrivés dimanche 16 février vers 17h. La chambre n’était pas encore prête. Nous sommes sortis puis nous sommes rentrés le soir après le dîner. Le lendemain on s’est rendu compte que le sol était sale et que les tasses de café n’étaient même pas nettoyées .

The staff were all very nice.
