Lovely hotel but very difficult to find it as town very confusing re traffic

It was reasonable and practical stay. The hotel had a lovely decor main entrance area. It was a bonus it has a lift although we don’t need it really. Very handy to have the train line just at our hotel door step. Nice walking path heading to Lille town and main train station. I love our hotel stay and would be happy to stay there again due to accessibility. 2 down fall of our stay: breakfast not much choices same everyday and the fruits are not fresh mainly bruised coloured bananas. Not well labelled like cutlery etc and no spoon server. Secondly, i was hoping a tea or kettle facilities was provided in the room as i saw a photo and read it in other travellers review but i was disappointed in the end as it was also one of the reason why we book it.

Reception and breakfast staff were very helpful. Room was good and a blanket was provided in the cupboard. Hotel is modern but with several Art Deco buildings nearby.

Nice modern building everything works. Tea and coffee in foyer 24hr and bar if you don't want to go out every evening

Had a quick 2 night stay in Lille off Eurostar. Very good transport from there to hotel by tram. Easy 20min walk into old town and tram a good link too. Room very nice, breakfast adequate. Excellent restaurant round the corner! (Le Nouvel Atelier)

I enjoyed the breakfast plenty to eat and drink. The bar in the hotel could have had a better variety of drinks. The air conditioning was very noisy and very difficult to sleep with on at night.

The hotel was perfect for our needs - we used it as a base for several Olympic events. The tramway stop is right in front of the hotel and takes you to Gare Eurolille in 5 minutes. While clean and quiet, this is a 3-star hotel so not high on luxuries if that’s what you are seeking. Unless you are driving a motorbike, forget about the possibility of parking - it is simply not possible to fit a car into the entrance of the garage. Park at Eurolille - it’s a bit pricey but staffed 24/7, so very safe and secure and an easy walk. A 15 minute walk takes you right to Vieux-Moulin Lille, or take the tram to Gare Lille Flanders. The staff at the hotel were just wonderful, especially the young woman who checked us in. We would definitely stay here again.

Typical 3 star hotel if you get the traditional room there is no kettle no iron etc. most guests who booked via other providers got free breakfast every morning. Don’t rely on trams to take you to Lille centre it’s at least 20 minutes walking. Ok hotel but nothing great

Lovely hotel. Very close to the tram stop. Rooms clean and modern. Beds comfortable. Room cleaned daily. Would definitely stay again.

Very well situated and the room was quiet. So easy to walk to the centre and the tram stop outside the hotel is very convenient. I would happily stay here again.

It was a good place to stay

Staff were amazing and friendly. We checked in 20mins early and staff were happy to accommodate that. All the staff were friendly and pleasant. We were staying for a rugby World Cup fixture and there was a bar 2 minutes walk. But as the area is more business oriented the bar closed on the weekend which was annoying. But the hotel was excellent and would happily stay again.

The hotel was very good value for the money we paid. It was clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. The traffic noise was loud but not when the window was shut. The bathroom was very nice. The bed was comfortable and the biggest bed we've ever slept in. No negatives at all with our stay. We would recommend the hotel to anyone. Nearby is the beautiful and peaceful Jardin de Geants. Nice pizza/pasta restaurant hundred yards from hotel. Easy access to Gare de Lille and the town centre.

A modern hotel, but with distinct style, not just a box! Friendly helpful staff, no tea making facilities in our room but when i asked i was provided with a kettle and cups, tea and coffee sachets etc. Relaxed breakfast area, self service. Extremely good restaurants and bars around.

We have stayed at this Hotel on Meany times and loved it but this time the room we had was a bit of a letdown Saturday morning No hot water Told the lady on reception but wasn't really bothered Hotel needs a face lift
