everything is good but the bedsheets are quite dirty, can easily find stains on it, unfortunately the first night of my stay, I found blood on the sheets but most of the staffs are nice, especially Antonino, sorry if I spell the name wrong, but he is a very nice young guy

Everything is excellent!

I spent a lot of time deciding to stay at this hotel. Especially since it had very high ratings on this platform, but I feel it is not the case! First, before check-in, the hotel charged me for the first night in advance. This was not stated on the platform. If it says payment upon arrival, shouldn’t that mean payment on the day of check-in? Also, they did not proactively ask if I needed a receipt. Maybe it is for environmental reasons, but they could at least email it. Next, the front desk staff cared more about finishing their shift than answering guests’ questions, and their attitude was poor. We were first-time visitors and not familiar with the hotel rules. We only asked a simple question, but were treated this way. She could have directed me to another colleague, but she refused. Even if the facilities, cleanliness, and location are good, I would never choose this hotel again.

Located in the city center, you can reach Lafayette in 5-10 min. There are many restaurant choices around the hotel. My triple room is spacious with deposit safe box. The breakfast is good with many choice.

Convenient location on a quiet street. We were there during a heat wave so it was very nice to have the pool. We didn’t eat the breakfast every day but it was great quality and variety for the cost. Friendly and helpful staff.

From the moment we arrived, the staff was friendly, accommodating and helpful. The hotel is centrally located and the room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The breakfast was fantastic and as an added bonus, they have unlimited snacks and non-alcoholic drinks. Our stay was wonderful and we would 100% stay here again.

Loved every minute of our stay here, can’t fault it at all. Room was lovely, clean and had some little treats which was a nice touch. Breakfast was lovely, the staff were friendly and helpful. The pool area was spotless and very relaxing. Would stay again and highly recommend.

Helt underbart! SUPERtrevlig personal, perfekt läge, fint (ganska litet) rum. Mysig spa-del. Kommer aldrig bo någon annanstans i Paris. Den enda nersidan var att det reparerades någonstans i morse vilket var ett inte jättehärligt ljud att vakna till. Annars har allt vart perfekt!

Deuxième fois dans cet hôtel et c’est toujours aussi bien, le personnel est super accueillant, la chambre impeccable, il n’y a rien à dire c’est un Top hôtel !!!

The location was perfect. The staff was 6 stars not 5. I felt like coming home to my friends and family each night after my day in the city. The ladies at the front desk directed me to the right place to shop for a dress for my son's wedding. Love my dress from Le Printems and will think of you and Paris while wearing it. Cannot wait to be back! Merci from Boston!

A hotel that actually delivers on its promise I booked Astra Opera to celebrate my 50th birthday with my wife, and I’ll just say it upfront: this place exceeded every expectation I had. From the moment we arrived, the staff set the tone. Genuinely attentive — not the performative kind you get at places trying too hard — just people who clearly care about making your stay good. When they offered us a room upgrade with a private balcony and a proper Parisian view, I thought it was a nice gesture. Turns out it became the best part of waking up every morning. The amenities are ridiculous in the best sense. Free minibar. An open bar with hot and cold drinks available all day. Cakes, cookies, savory bites — just there, whenever you want them. An indoor spa with a pool and sauna. These aren’t things you expect to be included; you expect to find a fee attached to each of them. There wasn’t. Breakfast was excellent too — not an afterthought, actually excellent. Here’s the thing: there are plenty of hotels in Paris that sell you on atmosphere and deliver a letdown. Astra Opera is the opposite. It overdelivers on everything it promises, quietly and without making a fuss about it. It’s not hard to understand why it sits at #1 on hotels lists. We’ll be back.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

Great location, wonderful patisserie almost across the street, restaurants within a block. Lafayette Galleries 5 minutes away as well as Fragonard Parfumeries (100 years old and my wife LOVED it)around the corner. The hotel has excellent coffee machines with snacks/treats available from 2 pm to 2 am. Very well laid out eating and library area for those early mornings or evenings when travellers want to unwind. We highly recommend this property.

Tout était absolument formidable. Extras qui ne sont pas vu normalement étaient les boissons gratuites dans le frigo. Les différentes « styling » des chambres avec La coopération des fameuses personnes est vraiment intéressante. Et toujours pratique à Paris, le parking garage est situé directement au front de l’hôtel.

Nyrenoveret, rent og virkelig pænt hotel. Stort værelse med lille altan ned til den lille, rolige gade med restauranter, bager, osv. Støjisolerende ruder. På hotellet er der eftermiddag/aften gratis soft drinks og snacks: kage, slik, chips, grønt. Gratis kaffe/the/vand døgnet rundt. Morgenmadsbuffetten koster 17EUR og er det hele værd. Den var rigtig lækker og veltilrettet. Meget venligt og hjælpsomt personale. Jeg kommer meget gerne igen! Kvarteret er suverænt. Centralt og med masser af shopping, restsuranter/cafeer og seværdigheder i nærheden.

The hotel was in a good location. Excellent breakfast, had to pay for, and an especially nice afternoon spread which was totally free. Also a small refrigerator in the room with free drinks. A couple times I was able to skip dinner because I had enough at the afternoon spread. There was also a lovely cafe across from the hotel. We ate there twice. Room was very nice with a comfortable bed.

This is my 2nd time staying and won’t be the last. The rooms are generous for Paris, modern & exceptionally clean. The breakfast is the best I’ve had in Paris with everything available that you could want. The pool sauna & steam room are a real bonus and wonderful after a long day in Paris Finally the staff are always friendly and go above and beyond. It’s my 3rd stay at astotel 2nd time here and I won’t stay anywhere else. Looking forward to returning here
