A delightful overnight stay in the heart of Lourdes, very close to the Sanctuary. The room was clean and comfortable and the staff responded quickly to any requests. Book with breakfast—as the food is varied and very good. Highly recommended!

The rooms should be kept cleaner, and the towels should be replaced as they appear old and worn. The air conditioning system needs maintenance, as there was an unpleasant smell coming from it. The staff are friendly, but their English skills could be improved to make communication with guests easier. The nearby shops are fine, but the service attitude could be better. The breakfast could have a wider selection of food to better suit different guests.

Room was not cleaned, requested but failed to do. When question I was told staff cannot read the language on card placed on door knob.
We had breakfast, but hot buffet breakfast was cold. Not worth for the money. Room was cramped and it’s doesn’t look like on brochures at all. Bathroom mirror lights not working, reported but said can not buy the bulbs as they are not available. This hotel should not be 4 stars its condition is below the 3stars .not recommend this hotel as this is not worth for the money we paid £112 per day. Staff was ok but didn’t do much to help.
