It was great. The bed was so comefortable. Room was big enough with 2 large suitcases opened. Staff were helpful. Thanks for the free upgrade as i had 2 separate bookings with different room category. This saved us from changing the rooms. Just a little comment on the sink drainage - the water drained slowly. I needed to wait every time when i wahsed my face.

酒店位置很方便，房間乾淨，浴室太小，使用不方便。房間地毯沒有吸塵，咖啡機壞的。

入住當日價位比平日高約一倍，房內空間小，電梯壞了（維修要一週），得爬上7樓，性價比低，讓人頗失望的飯店！

房间宽敞整洁，酒店服务态度很好，地理位置不错，离地铁站和老佛爷都很近，早餐也好吃！

櫃檯人員態度服務都很好，環境舒適，只是房務部分，第一天少一人份毛巾，第二天少浴室踏墊，第三次是沒飲用水，房務人員的卡片遺留在房裡～但是飯店位置很好！整體是舒適的～下次還會想再預訂的飯店！

酒店給不是我訂的房型給我。是比較低價的房。我們訂了兩間房型是有露台的豪華雙人雙床，而酒店給的是比較低價的高級雙人雙床房型是沒露台的。我們上房後發現沒露台，下房跟酒店說，初時第一次說是，給了我的訂的房型給我。然後又說，我訂的房間沒空房。那我朋友便問酒店，真的沒房嗎？酒店回覆是沒有。那我們便問，你給比較低價的房型我，會否退回差價給我們？經過兩個多小時爭議。我們找了在巴黎的朋友和酒店溝通。誰不知，酒店又說有我們訂的房型。上房後發現網上的房間照完全與酒店現實不符。只有7%相似。其實這點也見怪不怪，因為明白酒店必然會拍得美麗一點吸引客人。但極度不滿酒店的態度，若沒有懂法文的朋友。第一次給我們的房型是沒露台的和比較低價的。朋友已經用流利的英語和酒店溝通。若沒有懂法文的朋友。也不會換房間給我們。朋友說巴黎的酒店是這樣。遇上遊客會要他們欣然接受。重點投訴，酒店給乎錯的房間還堅持說沒有給錯，重點投訴網上酒店房照和酒店真實不符，只有7%相似。酒店方面糾纏了浪費了我們預訂車子觀光的時間，而沒有道歉。這間酒店。一定不會再訂。

Loved the location and the foyer. The breakfast was not worth what it cost and otherwise we didn’t eat there so can’t comment. Our room (203) was great. Huge bed, very comfy. Bathroom (shower only) was small but perfectly adequate. V nice. And 203 has a fabulous balcony overlooking the street - loved that. Only small gripe with hotel is that yesterday evening we arrived back hot and tired and really fancied a small beer each to have as we washed, rested and changed to go out. Only one staff member around and she was on the phone at reception. I waited patiently for AT LEAST 5 minutes but she did not acknowledge me, made no eye contact and carried on with phone call. Eventually I interrupted her - and she did look at me then - to ask if we could have a drink. She told me the bar is completely closed till the morning. Pretty unimpressive - but more importantly she could have paused her conversation to tell me that a long time before. It felt rude. But then I was tired and hot so maybe (maybe….) overreacted. Otherwise it’s a great hotel and we may return. Other staff were lovely

This bright fresh hotel was a pleasant stop and well located for an early train from Gare St Lazare. Large (for Paris) well appointed room, delightfully decorated and very comfortable . Would recommend.

Muy bien ubicado, el desayuno muy bueno y con muchas opciones, la habitación bien pero sin espacio para guardar ropa y poner las maletas, las amenidades excelentes, una observación la tina muy resbalosa, sugiero tener un tapete antiderrapante. El personal muy amable y el hotel muy bonito. Con muchas tiendas y restaurantes cercanos, así como estaciones de metro

Absolutely magical! This hotel could not have been more perfect for my family's first visit to Paris. Centrally located with a beautiful design aesthetic, lovely restaurant on the main floor and the staff was beyond wonderful. We chose the room with a balcony, and having coffee or wine with a view of the Eiffel Tower was my favorite part of the entire vacation. The soaking tub was incredible too! I highly, highly recommend this hotel for families as well since the sofa bed was separate from the King bed, giving parents a bit of privacy compared to most European hotel layouts.

Leckeres Frühstück, sauberes Zimmer. Nettes Personal und gute Lage. Wasser wurde jederzeit bereitgestellt sowie leckere Croissants in der Lobby. Alles in allem ein super Hotel in toller Lage nur zu empfehlen!

Super bem localizado, próximo a uma estação de trem, mas distante o suficiente para não ter barulho.
