Very cute property but the rooms are extremely small. It’s a nice hotel but priced higher than it is worth .

Nice place

We had a lovely stay in the hotel. The staff were welcoming and friendly, one member of staff in particular. The breakfast was really good and had a good selection, the location was fantastic. The metro is directly opposite the hotel, and is very similar to the London Tube. It was also a 10-15 minute walk from the Eiffel tower. The room was spacious and it had a large shower room.

The hotel was immaculate. The team were amazing and they were so welcoming. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone who wants a high quality hotel near to the Eiffel tower.

Overall the experience was good. Check-in was easy, check out as well. They do collect $100 deposit upfront, but this covered our the hotel taxes at the end. We had an issue with the heater-a/c. It would not turn on. When i finally made it to the reception, the receptionist said that its off as he could see it in his system. Well, the next day when asked, he said they had turned off the central heating for the entire building, and we were offered again a space heater which we took and it helped. Also, the elevator would not work to the second floor going up, the button wont catch. There was free coffee at the first floor but they kind of indirectly push you to pay for their breakfast. We wanted to explore the city, so we skipped that. There is a Starbucks 2 minutes walk, so very convenient in the mornings. The one recommendation for the room would be a mini fridge. There isn't one and it would of been nice. Toilet paper is hard, sort of the European way of hard :) The property is located next to the metro station, so if you have sensitive ears, you may hear it all night every 4 minutes, but if tired like us, it wont botter you at all as the windows are double. Overall, nice.

I wouldn’t stay at this hotel again, but there were some positives. Cons- shower is a deal breaker. It’s a hand-held one and not mounted so you can stand under it. Rather, mounted in the corner and was so awkward. The water pressure was also low so it was definitely not relaxing to shower after a long day. There’s no where to blow dry your hair. This sounds silly and if it was the only thing I wouldn’t avoid the hotel over it but I had to stand like 4 feet away from a mirror. So odd. The gym is in a dark basement and is terrible. Don’t count on using it. The staff are fine. Not rude, not overly friendly. They get very upset if you get coffee in the lobby and bring the cup to your room. House cleaning is just ok. Meaning, it’s clean but if you use a cup and it’s dirty they don’t take it and replace with a clean one. Pros- Hotel is clean and cute. The neighborhood is excellent. 15 minutes to the Eiffel Tower and all the hop on/off buses leave out of there. I did get the view I paid for and I was happy about that. Best part of the hotel. The lobby is also very charming. The price is great.

Room was slightly cozy but otherwise excellent hotel. Great condition, nice atmosphere, friendly staff. Loved the Rituals bathroom products in the bathroom!

We had an upgrade for my Mom's bday. It was such a lovely stay.

We had 2 different reservations in family rooms. Both were ok and one was more comfortable than the other due to the distribution of the rooms, no complaints about this anyway. Very clean in all the areas. Staff at the reception is always smiley and willing to help. Congrats for this. They also speak good english. The service at the restaurant is very bad. There’s only one lady serving with bad attitude. Food is just ok and if it’s not included is very expensive for what you get. You better want to try one of the many restaurants around with better service and food.

This was a strange place. First thing is to access our room we had to go through the breakfast bar area. Then we had a steep (private) stair case with some crazy angles. Once in the room you are greeted by a broken shelf that ask you not to sit on it. We did not have control of the thermostat and was very hot all night. Then the water heater went out. We were told that a service technician would be out at 8:00am the next morning. This did us no good as we had to leave before that time, so cold showers for the family. The hotel did offer us a free upgrade if we ever come to Paris again.

Staff friendly

This is an amazing Hotel. From the moment we arrived Stephanie took extremely good care of us & let us check in early. I was also given an upgraded room that I appreciated so much, while the room was so cozy with an Eiffel Tower view. ( Expedia rewards) Stephanie made us feel at home with her warmth….while the rest of the staff was very kind and accommodating to our needs. I received a call that evening as the hotel does a daily drawing and I couldn’t believe I won a precious gift bag with a couple goodies inside.The breakfast was completely delicious with a variety of foods. Our check out was as sweet as checking in with Lisa who watched our bags for a few hrs while we shopped. I couldn’t have asked for better Hotel & staff who actually went out of their way to help us. Nice hotel. It was clean and comfortable. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Metro station right across the street was super convenient. My room was small, but comfortable, which was fine as I traveled solo. I would definitely stay again.
