I like the staff here though it’s a boutique hotel and it’s busy in Paris. The staff showed her compassion and telling me to take car early to airport and I can see Effel Tower through my room window. I only stayed there two nights but everything's just relax and especially I need to travel to Nice Monaco Cannes. I have a great stay in this hotel and it’s my third time here. Today I decided to write my first time reviews in order reflect my feelings on this trip one is this hotel another one is Maison Durante in Nice which disappointed me in breakfast and service.

Love the staff here! What a welcoming and delightful group of humans. I also loved how central this was. We spent every morning at the boulangerie across the street. We got to watch the Eiffel Tower sparkle every night after dark. The setup in our room was fabulous with ample room for our child to spread out and play. There was also a deep tub which is so nice with a small child.

Clean room daily. Hotel itself was quiet but metro was heard a little bit. (Nothing too bad tho.) Close to restaurants and walkable/metro to big locations in Paris. Would stay here again.

Quarto limpo, mas pequeno. Cama confortável. Banheiro com bom tamanho. Funcionários atenciosos e prestativos. Café da manhã ok. Boa localização, vez que há uma estação de metrô enfrente do hotel, o que facilita o deslocamento em Paris.

We had a reservation for four days, but they told us that we have to change a room in day 2 because of a mistake in booking. They offered us on the spot to totally refund us if we did not agree. However, we had to agree because it was impossible to find another hotel on the same day it’s gonna be very uncomfortable. They give us a slight upgrade with a smaller room, but with a better view.
The whole experience was unpleasant with the reception because they did not show a sign of empathy or they are making a mistake. They would rather made us feel that we should be thankful that we are giving you another room with a view although the room is much smaller.
In general, the hotel is good but as many hotels in Paris, their rooms are small

The basic room was quite small for three people. The breakfast was perfectly fine. There were also some gluten-free options, such as something resembling toast and a madeleine cake.
One unusual thing about breakfast was that when a food item or dish ran out, they brought out only one at a time from the kitchen.
Umbrellas were available in the hotel lobby, and bags could be stored at reception. The staff were mostly friendly. The older woman working in the mornings, who was clearly bossing the others around, was a bit rude.

Continental breakfast as well as tea and coffee available all day. Lovely lounge area to rest or wait for your group. Pretty rooms with amenities like coffee and and nice shampoo, conditioner, body lotion. View of Eiffel Tower lets you see the sparking lights late at night even when cold or rainy. Easy walk to ET and directly across from major metro station.
