The hotel is clean, the staff is friendly, and the location is very convenient. However, the bathtub drain in my room was clogged. I reported it, but unfortunately, it wasn’t resolved during my stay. Aside from that issue, the overall experience was pleasant.

We had 2 rooms. The first room was small. The air conditioning kept pumping out heat. The engineer came twice and said it was fine. It was not. A portable air conditioner was brought in and it did little to help. The staff would not move us to a new room. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone.

Très joli hôtel hyper bien placé au pied du métro (ligne 8) chambre avec vue sur la tour Eiffel, calme et très propre, le buffet du PDJ a l'air excellent et varié même si je n'en ai pas profité, et la disposition de thé, café, eau plate et pétillante gratuitement est un plus. et la disposition des produits de toilette pour le corps RITUALS très sympa
juste petit défaut dans la sde le pare-douche est trop petit et du coup on met de l'eau partout !
