No kettle or tea and coffee dacilities in room

Great Location , Clean and Spacious room.

Very good property in an extremely convenient location.

I booked this hotel as it is advertised as room with balcony, even comes with a photo of how the room looks like. I was disappointed when I was assigned with a room without a balcony and a window facing the back alley as the guest "needs to specifically request for a balcony during the booking", not automatically given. Felt like a false advertisement to me. Room is very small but comfy bed. 5 mins walk from main train station. Other than that, everything else is good.

Don’t like flies / bugs in the room. I got bitten by bugs

Rooms are very small barely any room to go to the washroom however it was clean and in a great location

We checked into the Hotel Bristol with high hopes however was immediately let down when we entered the room. The stench of strong cigarette smoke filled the room - there was a dirty sock attached to the smoke detector with elastic bands which the previous occupant of the room I’m assuming used to smoke in the room without the alarm detecting it. I did not sleep a wink with the stench and smell reaching the back of my throat. The bathroom was tiny and you couldn’t sit on the toilet without banging your leg in the sink. When I asked the staff to move the room due to the complaints, I was told No and advised to spray air freshener. Just awful!

Close to train station, room size was smaller than expected, especially bathroom, could barely fit

Clean and comfortable and nice and close to the station, but the bathroom is somewhat cosy and has what must be the smallest shower in France! We didn't have breakfast included, and it didnt look to be worth the €12 they wanted for it. The man on reception barely looked up when i came to collect my baggage on leaving, and i ended up having to go behind the desk myself to fetch it.

Die Räume sind sehr klein. Schon 2 Koffer haben keinen Platz. Es fehlen im Bad Haken - die eigentlich ja nichts kosten. Angeblich war unser DZ mit Zustellbett der grösste Raum ??? Fenster beginnt in Brüstungshöhe, man fühlt sich wie in einem Abstellraum. Unserer Meinung nach, wird das Horel auf den Fotos besser dargestellt als es ist. Es tut uns leid, aber heutzutage noch Teppichboden geht gar nicht - er ist auch uralt …. da muss ich nichts mehr sagen.

Bathroom SO small. Try to sit on the toilet. Try it. Nope you can’t sit diagonally. Nope you can’t manspread. Try to sit on it normally. Oh, you can’t, because the sink is two inches from the front of the toilet seat!!!!

Such a lovely property to stay in, the hotel was decent and the amenities as well. I just wish the windows had a lining of net to avoid the flies when it's open but I guess that defeats the purpose of the view. All in all, amazing property and very lovely staffs, Amine and the other staffs made sure i was comfortable and provided me with information and supplies that I needed. I appreciate the staffs! I Recommend this hotel and will be staying on my next visit.

Very close (5 min walk) to the railway station for a €7 return trip to Monaco, tram from Airport €1.70c then a 10-15 min walk to the property

Lovely room.

This is a fab hotel in a relatively quiet street, near the railway station, and at a very reasonable price.

Please remove the pool photos, the hotel is everything described but I don't know why there's photos of the pool from another hotel is misleading. The breakfast is basic with coffee and pastries and cheese and poached eggs no meat

Convenient location, 3min to the train station and walkable to the city centre. Rooms pretty small.

Fantastic hotel. Friendly staff and a perfect room. It couldn't have been better. The room had obviously been refurbished recently and had everything i needed, air con, fridge. The bathroom also was perfect with a powerful 2 headed shower. Breakfast was great too

Toilet door can’t lock, you must turn off the aircon before leaving else the vane will hit the front door. Hairdryer can only be used 10 seconds at a time before “recharging” for 5 minutes. Floor outside the toilet leaks. Toilet is cramped and small. No kettle, condiments etc. This hotel is closer to a 2 star than 3. Staff are also impatient. Will not recommend.
