Chambre minuscule Je n ai pu rentrer dans la douche trop étroite et n ai pu m asseoir sur la cuvette des WC Pas d aération dans la salle de bain On entends tout des chambres voisines et du dehors Aucune gratification des membres Platinium Il est vrai que j ai payé au 3/4 avec des points fidélité Je m en suis aperçu Plus jamais ça !!

Notre chambre ne correspondait pas aux photos d’Expedia… elle était plus petite, sombre, avec un long couloir. L’eau chaude était très longue à arriver et la salle d’eau n’a pas de porte. Il y a peu d’insonorisation.
Le petit déjeuner était bien et l’accueil également.

Clean, comfortable, great view of the church, bathtub, beautiful breakfast room with delicious good value breakfast, very nice staff, perfectly iocated near the station and the pedestrianised town centre. The rooms are small but it doesn’t matter as we were out and about.

Ideaal gelegen hotel om de stad te bezoeken, dicht bij het station en dicht bij (in!) het historisch centrum. Hotel zelf is charmant maar met goed ontbijt en nette kamers. Voor de receptie is geen vraag teveel!

Wonderful 4 night stay. Perfect location in old town to explore by foot. Very walkable city.
Short walk from EuroLille and Flanders stations. No need for cabs/public transport.
Plenty of restaurants and bars in all directions.
Right next to beautiful church (so magnificent we thought it was the cathedral)
Quaint and quirky hotel. No needs unmet. Staff were lovely and the breakfast was wonderful.
