This hotel is better than my expectation. The location is very convenient to take all the public transportation such as Air France shuttle bus, subway, tour bus and also 5 min walk to Arch. Restaurant and supermarket just in the neighbor street. Extremely safe due to the police station on the same street as well. The front desk officers speak English fluently with polite manner. Lobby has lift for guest with modern decorations. Double bed room area is Okay and also has big window with street scene. In addition, HVAC system, PD system in good condition especially comfortable shower tap. Bedclothes are clean and quality is good. Absolutely, we will stay again next time and will recommend to our friends in deed.

Great hotel for price location and the kindest staff

The carpet was heavily stained. The bathroom had poor lightening. Concierge personnel was great.

L’hôtel était bien, mais ne ressemble pas aux photos sur la page d’Expedia et sur leur site internet. Nous avons donc été déçus de la chambre (plus petite et décor différent) et de l’absence d’un restaurant (il y avait seulement un petit buffet pour les petits déjeuners). Par compte, la nourriture servie était fraîche et à notre goût. Le meilleur point du séjour fut le service à la clientèle. Nous avons eu un très bon accueil et la réception était toujours disponible pour nous donner des directions. De plus, la chambre était propre et nettoyée à tous les jours (pendant que nous visitions Paris). Il faut noter que les effets à la chambre (ex. bouteilles d’eau, sachet de thé, produits d’hygiène) sont offerts qu’une fois.

Il personale è molto gentile e parla italiano (soprattutto Caterina). La colazione è top, come la posizione, vicino alle fermate della metropolitana (Georges V e Charles De Gaulle Etoile). Infatti l’albergo è praticamente a ridosso dell’Arco di Trionfo e di Champs-Elysées

Nice location, staff are not very nice

Hotel de confort convenable. Le +, ce sont les champs elyseess Elysees à 3 minutes a pieds.

The staff was very helpful. The property was in a great location. The hotel is quaint and not modern with narrow steps and dark hallways.

This hotel is located within walking blocks of the Arc of Triumphe and the Champs-Elysee shopping avenue. Plus, is about a 20 minute walk to/from the Eiffel Tower and many restaurants. The hotel provides a nice breakfast and there is coffee, 24/7. Our room and bathroom were very clean, comfortable, good A/C, and hot water. TV is all local and in french. I want to give kudos to their staff, and especially Thierno, Vitalie and Ahmed for being very attentive, caring and going the extra miles during our 9 day stay. Definitely a wonderful, quiet location, well priced and one I would return to use.

The hotel is located in a quiet neighborhood but just a block away from restaurants and coffee shops. Room very small even for just occupant as well as the elevator one person & one suitcase & that’s it. Friendly staff.

The position of the Hotel is fantastic! Very close to the champs Elyse, with bakery and shops around. Friendly staff.

Dirty run down hotel with rude front desk staff. Do not stay here

Hotel que segue o roteiro parisiense. Quarto pequeno, pra quem quer usar unicamente para dormir. Staff prestativo. Boa localização, rua silenciosa. Café da manhã com pouquíssimas opções, não vale o que cobra. Por 15€ é indiscutível o custo beneficio de comer fora do hotel.

Great stay

Terrific service and great communication.

This small hotel is centrally located (between the Eiffel Tower and Arc de Triumph) and is in a fairly quiet area of the city. It is well priced considering the location. The concierge is very helpful and accommodating. The Rooms are a bit small and the bar area in the lobby is very limited. Overall, we were quite satisfied with our stay and the magical experience of Paris itself :-)
