Staff are polite and helpful

the room is too small ，not like the picture in the website.Wall is not clean. But the hotel is next to Avevue Montaigne. It's convenient to go shopping.

I will never come to this hotel again. They gave us room like a cage and i did not accepted this room than they solved problem to give us diffirent room one night, they changed room again second night. Pls check room picture before reservation because cage rooms are not seem in the their site.

Je t’aime le Hôtel Claridge! I miss it already. It felt like a new place to call home. Filled with the sights and sounds of Paris where the clouds performed each day and night to create backdrops for the rich architecture and iron wrapped patios perfect for an evening glass of champagne or morning tea. The lobby was filled with helpful and friendly faces that greeted us warmly each time we passed through. I wish I could have packed the staff with me they are such beacons and of hospitality and gentility. Spacious breathtaking room for three women with our luggage. Huge, extremely comfortable bed and extra rollaway that was also very comfortable. Lovely bathrooms, inspiring patio over looking the streets and steps away from the taxi stand, metro, designers, shopping, and don’t miss restaurants. Exceptional! A true Paris gem!!!

great place great location

Nice period feel about the hotel, friendly staff who greeted constantly. Only one small lift for 6 floors, but wasn't super busy so never had to wait. Had a small room which was the spec we chose due to budget, but given how quiet the hotel was it would have been lovely to have been upgraded to a nicer larger room as a courtesy. We had larger rooms either side of us and on that same floor for instance which didn't seem to be used (we went off peak during the week). Another big gripe for me would be the poor AC function. We had an AC unit in the room and it was boiling, and apparently due to it being a centralised system the most I could do was have it turned off via reception, but I couldn't have it blow cold air to have a nice 19/20degrees. Even with it turned off due to the all the pipes and surrounding rooms I was still roasting nonetheless. For a premium hotel at the minimum I would expect a fully functioning AC system in the room, and allowed to cool it down if I want. Otherwise nice decor and clean, probably will not use again though unless the above was fixed.

Extremely small room and uncomfortable pillows

Location was brilliant the staff was really helpful the view was nice but one bad thing which i personally suggest the hotel should look into is when a guest check in they will find a bottle of water but the water is free in most hotels around the world and it is replaced everyday by the room service i asked for water and i was being told that there is a charge of €7 for a bottle of water apart from that the stay was cosy the bed was comfortable just one thing if the hotel should consider changing is the policy of water

We enjoyed our stay. We had a second floor room which was very nice. It faced the street which made for some noise at night including deliveries but we did not not ask for a change. Breakfast was good for a couple of days but pretty much the same. Location was great with reasonable walks to the Seine, Arc, Invalides etc and located near a couple of metro stations. Service was good although as a rule we are pretty non demanding travelers.

Beautiful smaller hotel in a great central location, friendly and accomodating staff - the rooms were comfortable and well appointed. Highly recommend this property.

So noisy when people close their door and we can hear the upstairs voice when they were walking

We had booked 3 rooms for our family and everyone loved it. The staff was so friendly and the rooms were so big and clean! Loved our stay!! Just 5 mins walk to all designer stores and shopping.

The property is beautiful and in a great location

I loved how clean the property was since this is extremely important to me! The staff were incredibly helpful and attentive! We would definitely stay with this Hotel on our next visit to Paris!
