Small but clean. Excellent boutique hotel.

Top notch service. Staff are genuinely nice and caring, a big contrast to other French hotels we stayed in. No other French hotels provide the same level of hospitality. Rooms are small but clean and well decorated. Great toiletries by Roberto Cavalli. Located in a nice area. Will definitely come back in the future.

Located on a beautiful quiet street, and very close to the river. We love the decoration and design in Da Vinci, but the room is just too small to put two lugguages. The front counter was friendly, and the room was clean. We love the body shampoo the provide~Roberto Cavalli!!

Oda temiz ve güzeldi. Konum olarak da iyi yalnız personeli ilgisiz. Kahvaltı dahil olmasına rağmen rezervasyonum boyunca bana bilgi vermediler. Ayrıca spa için bilgilendirme dahi yapılmadı. Mesajlara çok geç dönüyorlar, sorduğum hiçbir soruya cevap alamadım. Genel olarak otel odası ve konumu güzel.

Staff were great, place was fun. WiFi connection slow and not good for work.

The staff were friendly and accommodating, the room was tired. Clearly Sheraton knows this hotel takes little input to charge $500 a night. Do better.

The spa is so lovely. The staff here are incredible and do an amazing job of making you feel welcome. Damien and Emily are fantastic and do their job extremely well. Such great service here.

Quiet room with black out curtains. Neat bathroom with robes, towels and slippers. Bedding and towels changed daily. Steam iron and trestle. Hair dryer under basin in sac. Friendly and attentive staff. No steam room, but nice pool and swim area in basement. Cohesive staff group, speaking good English. Beakfast room overlooks main street. Concierge and local information. Excellent...

Room was clean, staff were nice. We had one issue where they told us when booking our spa that we will come to your room about 10-15 minutes before. Ok so we wait and they never came, I called 5 minutes after our start time and nothing. So we go down to the reception in our spa gear and when the lady comes, we get remarks that we were supposed to stay in our room... we tried... you didn't answer or come. Room was clean, it was very small but clean. The balcony was kind of a joke, it opens into a open area in the middle of the building and all you can see is walls. Also the climate control didn't work. We like it colder then they do and tried setting it to 19c but it seems they turned off the cooling system. Of course we opened the window but there was a chain smoker in the room below us that made it impossible for us to keep it open(I get sick when I am around cigarette smoke)
