Easy walk to restaurants, sea and groceries. Room is simple and well done, has everything we need (we loved having an electric kettle in our room and complimentary tea, etc. in the lobby) Secure parking was my main concern since I'm relocating and everything I own is in my car for this trip. Parking was an individual garage on the property for 15 euro, so that was a great comfort. Owner is very nice and helpful, we would stay here again.

I had a good enough stay. Friendly service, nice area near the boulevard. Every day clean new towels en bedding. I traveled alone so bed was sufficient but for 2 persons it might be a bit small, but what to expect, 2 star hotel. Only disadvantage is the shared toilet but shower was fine and got good soap and shampoo for free what was a pleasant suprise. Very nice terrace at the front and I could keep an eye on my car from my room which I felt the car was safe at the courtyard

Friendly and helpful owners who upgraded us from a room with 2 beds to a superior room with 3 beds at no additional cost. Room was clean and beds were comfortable. There was no A/C but the hotel offers good value for the money.

Hotel simples, porém bem localizado. Sem elevador( com quartos só nos dois andares superiores). Reservando a vaga de estacionamento com antecedência, seu carro fica parado em local fácil e seguro(€15/dia). Não vale a pena contratar o café do hotel. Tem chaleira elétrica no quarto. Não tem ar condicionado. Em meses comuns sem problemas, evite no verão !

Although the hotel was well located, the room had no AC, only a ceiling ventilator. In the summer, it was so hot that it was impossible to sleep. We actually had to book a room at another hotel (with AC) to be able to sleep.

Staff were very friendly and always on hand to help with our queries. The location is ideal and it's less than a 5-minute walk to the Promenade des Anglais, which proved to be invaluable to our exploration of Nice!

Une nuit avec ma fille, accueil très sympathique. La chambre était propre, simple mais confortable. Pas de bruit la nuit et une literie confortable. Le petit déjeuner est copieux et bon, à dix euros. Compter 1,5 euros de plus pour un café en dosette. La place de parking est située en extérieur devant l'hôtel, 15 euros. L'hôtel est très proche de la promenade des Anglais.

I have been in many hotels around the world. I chose this one because of the reviews but those all were fakes because the place is terrible. It was a tick on my bed and when I went to the front desk at 6pm, nobody was there. That was the worse night of my life

Paramos allí solo una noche, en ruta hacia Italia. Lo escogimos porque está cerca del centro, pero fuera de la zona de bajas emisiones. La atención fue de primer nivel. Nos esperaron, auqnue llegamos más tarde del horario de atención, para indicarnos dónde era el parking. Las habitaciones son pequeñas, pero muy confortables y limpias. No tuvimos tiempo de apreciar lo que ofrecía el hotel.

Bettmatratzen gingen gar nicht. Sind viel zu dünn und man merkt alles unter sich. Schrecklich. Wir konnten daher nicht schlafen. Sauberkeit im Zimmer und Größe des Zimmers waren ok. Personal beim Auschecken war nicht freundlich. 1 Minute vor der Check out Zeit wurde schon an der Tür geklopft … dieses Hotel würden wir keinem empfehlen.

Die Unterkunft ist sauber und funktionell aber sehr simpel eingerichtet! Es besteht Renovierungsbedarf ( rostige Heizung, lose Fensterbrüstung, Fernseher nicht an Wandhalterung ). Reinigungspersonal sehr ordentlich und freundlich! Unterkunft hat eine sehr gute Lage! Preis eher zu hoch.
