Excelente ubicación, puedes ir caminando a muchos lugares y si no esta a un par de cuadras de la estación del metro, las personas en recepción son muy amables, regresarla sin pensarlo.

The hotel and room was everything we expected and more for such a reasonable price. Staff were excellent, they went over and above to ensure a great stay. The room’s shower was also great!

Very friendly staff and a comfortable stay. Room was clean and newly decorated. The pillows were very hard but I think they were brand new so may soften up a bit!

The room was not clean.
We can even smell something bad from bathroom when we lay on the bed!!

Bonjour,
Plutot décevant. Très froid dans la chambre quand je suis arriéve le soir. Il y avait un chauffage mais il était éteint. Le temps que cela chauffe, cela a pris beaucoup de temps.
De plus je n'ai pas eu d'eau chaude à mon arrivée. Du coup impossibilité de prendre une douche avec de l'eau froide. D'autant plus qu'il faisait déjà très froid dans la chambre.
Je vous demande de voir avec l'hotel pour avoir une compensation
