Charmed by Hotel de Charme! This lovely, lovely family owned hotel has to be one on the most beautiful we have ever stayed in. On arrival, we were greeted with warmth and given room to store our bicycles in the lobby! Too kind. We were then treated to a tour of the rooms by one of the family, each is a different, beautifully decorated jewel in this grand old building. We were in awe of all the work that has been done. Our room was super clean, quiet and comfortable, as was the rest of the building. Note, there is no elevator in this place. (Not a downside for us, but maybe for others).
It is a short walk to excellent restaurants, shops and the old centre. We would highly recommended this property and a few days to enjoy it all.
Merci beaucoup, Hotel de Charme Family and Staff. Your warmth and kindness have set the bar very high for the rest of our bike trip in Provence. :)

J’ai été très bien accueilli par la patronne des lieux, Ma chambre était au au 2 eme côté cour, agréable décoré avec goût. Il ne manquait rien il avait meme une prise pour charger mon iPhone. Hôtel pleins de charme. J’y retournerai avec plaisir

La struttura ci ha dato un upgrade della stanza dandoci un terrazzo con una bella vista. La colazione era buona e abbondante, soprattutto dolce, con yogurt, torte, pancakes. La reception estremamente gentile nelle indicazioni fornite.

La chambre est vaste et confortable, la propreté sans reproche.
La salle du petit déjeuner est minuscule
Je réserve l'essentiel de mes critiques à l'accueil : service minimum.
Alors que le "guide des services" dans les chambres indique que la réception est ouverte de 7h30 à 19h et qu' une bagagerie est à la disposition de la clientèle, il m'a été indiqué que la réception était fermée entre 12h et 15 h et qu'il ne m'était pas possible de laisser mon bagage à l hôtel.
Il m'a également été indiqué que plusieurs clients avaient fait une demande identique sans succès.
Je comprends les difficultés de l hôtellerie indépendante mais devant le peu d'effort de la gérante, j'ai regretté de n'avoir pas choisi une chaîne.
Vraiment dommage!

Joli hôtel de centre ville, très bien situé pour visiter le centre ville, plein de restaurants à côté, bon accueil, petit souci avec la chambre attribuée, très rapidement résolu avec un surclassement! Très bonne réactivité de la part des propriétaires. Hôtel calme. Pour le petit déjeuner « express » tout est en libre service mais le pain frais, les viennoiseries fraîches ainsi que les fruits frais m’ont manqué.

Un grand merci aux propriétaires qui ont été d’une gentillesse incomparable. Nous avons pris plaisir à discuter avec la propriétaire à notre arrivée et à échanger sur divers sujets passionnants.
La chambre était propre, joliment décorés.
Nous avons été conseillé sur le choix du restaurant le soir qui était lui aussi parfait.
Si nous devons repasser dans la coin nous n’hésiterons pas à revenir ☺️
