This is a small, affordable hotel in a great area of Nice. It’s old and charming but tiny. Hot shower and clean enough accommodations. I felt safe and i was comfortable.

Convenient to station. Bathroom is small, no AC. We were there early June, weather wasn’t too hot, so it was bearable. Overall, we had a good stay.

We were traveling with our daughter and needed a room for three people. I thought the room would be larger. It was very small and the (I think owner) provided us with an upgrade to a larger room since we had quite a bit of luggage. The shower was so small that the shower curtain would stick to you and water would get all over the floor. The owner was super sweet and accommodating by helping us locate their offsite parking garage. The property was quaint and for the money was decent and located near old town.
