no elevator, think twice before booking, the bed is not comfort

This is a cool little simple boutique hotel in the city center of Nice. The owners are very nice and helpful. The greatest thing about this place is that it’s within walking distance to all the major sights of the city. One of the owners who works there speaks English and is very helpful with guiding you to the main place to see in the city that are in easier walking distance. They are also interesting to talk to And it’s closer to the airport.

Très bon hôtel,.simple et propre et récemment rénové pour la salle de bain Plutôt calme au moment où j'y ai séjourné, rue secondaire moins passante que l'artère principale. A 3 min de l'arrêt de tram. Bon rapport qualité prix

My room was as expected. Clean, Tidy and just the right size for one occupant. The staff were great and i had some good conversations with them. They were very knowledgeable about the area. The one downside (not their fault) was that the wifi was not working. I work remotely so this was a big issue for me. The surrounding area has some great little eateries and the barber next door gave me a great haircut and a shave for 15 euros....I love Nice and this was a nice spot.......Not sure that I saw any AirCon though, so will be hot in the summer

Kleines charmantes, sauberes Zimmer, jedoch sehr kleines Badezimmer, was uns persönlich nicht gestört hat. Sehr gute Lage, die Altstadt ist fußläufig erreichbar. Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Private Parkplätze in einer Tiefgarage in der Nähe

It was one of the worst ever. There is no escalator, no air conditioning

This is a small, affordable hotel in a great area of Nice. It’s old and charming but tiny. Hot shower and clean enough accommodations. I felt safe and i was comfortable.

Petit Hôtel de Ville, bien decoré, accueil chaleureux. Service de bagagerie car nous sommes arrivés tôt. Parking pour la voiture. Chambre familiale avec climatisation. À 20 minutes à pied du vieux Nice.

Amazing staff and so close to get where I need to go like the beach and famous plaza and fresh market

Cute, small space and perfect for what we needed. Very walkable to Old Town. Right on the tram. Friendly staff. Would definitely stay again!

Convenient to station. Bathroom is small, no AC. We were there early June, weather wasn’t too hot, so it was bearable. Overall, we had a good stay.
