Staff very friendly and kind

We had a wonderful stay! Philip, the host, was absolutely fantastic – incredibly friendly, full of local knowledge, and genuinely funny. He made the experience feel really personal and welcoming. The hotel itself is in a perfect location, right in the heart of town, which made everything super convenient. There’s on-site parking, which is a huge bonus, and the breakfast was delicious with plenty of options. Highly recommended!

An excellent stay in an adorable hotel!

Very cozy hotel with alpin feeling, perfect location close to everything in town and the ski cabins. Nice and welcoming personnel, tasty breakfast with quality french products (better to pay it directly at the hotel and not use the additional fee for breakfast suggested when you book because the price may be three times higher). The only thing less comfortable was the beds that were too small and a bit hard. I would come back.

Seems the shower head is not workable or maybe I don’t know how to operate. And the breakfast quality is good

This hotel is a family running guestroom type. Very good location, but the room is very small. The carpet is very dirty and smelly.

This hotel is delightful. Charming and tucked away just 1 block away from the city center, shopping and dining. The building is darling, the rooms were clean and, the owners were on site and very kind and helpful. We definitely would return.

A fabulous hotel, wonderfully hosted by the owner. The hotel is in a great location in the centre of Chamonix and only a 14 min walk from the bus station. We had a brilliant stay at Hotel Clocher. Cannot fault the room or service we received.

Nice room, but location is everything, easy access to busses, central location, restaurants and bars. The front desk was incredibly helpful and kind too, will definetly come back!

I was assigned a ground floor room which is ok but not ideal. When people talk at the reception area, you will hear it. You will likewise hear people’s footsteps whenever the climb up the stairs or walk on the floor above. The room, including the en-suite bathroom looked wheelchair accessible but does not have an extraction fan for ventilation.

Excellent, quiet location with a lot of charm. Walkable to everything. Great breakfast and friendly staff. Just a note, there is no elevator, but there's only one flight of stairs to climb with luggage. Would absolutely recommend this place!

部屋はシンプルでベッド、テレビ、服掛け棚、シャワーとトイレ、洗面のみです。レンタルの携帯の充電ケーブルを用意してくれていました。WiFiは10MB/sほどで、ウェブ閲覧可能な速度です。 朝食はシンプルですが、おかみさんがコーヒーを入れてくれます。セルフで作る茹で卵や、美味しいクロワッサンがあります。 私がバスで深夜にシャモニーに到着することを事前に伝えておいたため、宿への入り方を教えてくれていました。またチェックアウト後も荷物をフロントで預かってくれました。 宿の案内書きによると、赤ちゃんがいる場合には湯沸かしを貸し出してくれるようです。
