埃德蒙 W 酒店

Abbiamo soggiornato 3 notti in occasione del Festival delle luci. La scelta si è rivelata azzeccata da tutti i punti di vista. La posizione è molto comoda per visitare la città grazie alla vicinanza di 2 stazioni di metropolitana. La struttura è ben tenuta, l'accoglienza è stata cordiale, la camera confortevole. Non possiamo dare un giudizio della colazione in quanto non ne abbiamo usufruito. Nelle vicinanze ristoranti, pasticcerie, supermercati. Da consigliare.

Great staff

Lovely room, pleasant hotel, helpful staff. Location is near the station. Short walk into town but lots of bars and restaurants close by. Only negative was the smell. There was an overwhelming smell of sewage in the reception area and sometimes in the bathroom. It was masked by perfumes but still came through.

Super hôtel, près de bons restaurants. Le personnel est adorable, la chambre confortable et lumineuse. Bref un bon moment

O quarto era excelente, muito equipado e confortável. Além disso, era muito silencioso. O bairro é ótimo, tem muitas opções boas de restaurantes e fica próximo dia principais pontos da cidade

Petit hôtel cosy, calme, et un personnel très sympathique. Nombreuses options pour prendre un verre ou manger aux alentours. Très bien 👍

Chambre petite et la propreté pourrait être beaucoup mieux. En revanche l'emplacement et l'accueil sont très bons.

This is a very charming hotel. We enjoyed our stay. The Massena train stop was a short walk from the hotel, making it convenient to hop on the metro to get to Old Lyon in 10-15 minutes. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Lots of dining options nearby. We would stay here again.

Great location, very friendly staff that speaks multiple langauegs, great, actually the best breakfast among 5 cities we visited during our short Europe trip - freshly squeezed juice was a highlight you can not beat that - the lady did just it in front of us !highly recommend overall!

Great hotel in a lovely area of Lyon. Room was nice and clean. Had a double and single for 3 of us was good space for our two night stay. Hotel staff were all wonderful. Close to a few great restaurants.

We were very happg with our stay -- clean, great location, friendly staff. The shower was small but it seems like that is typical for many hotels. We would definitely stay here again.

Très bon hôtel

Très bel hôtel dans un excellent quartier. Le personnel était d'une très grande gentillesse et les chambres très confortables. Seuls petits bémols : il faisait trop chaud dans la chambre alors que le chauffage n'était pas allumé et quelques serviettes portaient des tâches qui semblaient permanentes. Malgré ces deux points, je recommande et je reviendrai.

We very much enjoyed our stay here. The staff are very friendly and helpful and the rooms are cozy and comfortable. I will stay here on my next trip to Lyon.

The whole building looked quite old including its facilities. The second morning, I experienced a power outage in my room. The room's telephone was like an antique and wasn't actually working, so I needed to go to the front desk in person to inquire. Later, I discovered that the entire building had a power outage, and it seemed that some guests were stuck in the elevator at the time. The room was small and oddly shaped, making luggage placement difficult. The bathroom was cramped and dusty, with dirt around the bathtub's edges. The shower head has weak water pressure, and the drainage is slow. The staff were really friendly and helpful, it's just that the building is truly old.
