Although we have put a “do not disturb” tag outside, someone still go into our room when we are out ! Feel very unsecured Towel is not very clean, and no hair conditioner provided Good thing is it is very close to the metro station

Comfortable accommodation. No lift to the first floor and a tight spiral staircase. The light only came on when you started walking up the stairs, quite tight with suitcases. Staff didn't offer to help sadly.

I really liked the woman at the front desk who was so friendly. Our room was clean. I liked that we could open our window for fresh air.

The room was small.

we had to leave our key but there is front desk service 24/7. small, tight boutique hotel but not worth the price. It has a "view" of the Eiffel Tower which was not much of a view at all. Will definitely book something different if I ever return to Paris. I felt like I could have stayed in a hotel much closer with a better "view" and a little taken advantage of on the price as a tourist. Not even Breakfast was included and the price was equal to staying at the Ritz on the water in Miami.

Nice small hotel located only a few blocks from the eiffel tower. Metro station across the street, a few options around the area, you find anything you need around here for food,drinks, souvenirs. You need to leave your key at front desk when you leave the hotel, there is a safe in the room, rooms are very small but comfortable to spend the night after a long day of walking around. Front desk staff very courteous and friendly.

We had a lovely time. Our room was perfect with a view of the tower.

Machine a café en panne le matin, pas vraiment d'excuse ou de solution alternative proposée par l'hôtel et encore moins de dédommagement. On s'attend à mieux pour un petit déjeuner facturé plus de 20€!

Pas de café au petit dej pour 21 euros (machine en panne), c'est limite...

Great service, great location. Close to the Eiffel Tower and lots of restaurants and shops in the area. We really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend.

Honestly I was quite disappointed when I walked in It is much much smaller than the pictures on Expedia! I left it as a Paris boutique hotel feel and tried to enjoy the process! When we got to the fourth floor there was a housekeeping cert and what seemed like garbage beside it! The lights were motion sensored However our room!!! Was so incredibly small and again nothing like the pictures! The bathroom shad a terrible smell and by day 2 evening we couldn’t even stand the smell and held our breath going in! The safe inside was not working! Someone prior had locked it while open and left it so I was locking my passports in my suitcase!

Fantastic place to live & move & have our being while in Paris. Small, very clean comfortable rooms- ours with a view of the very top of the Tour Eiffel. Terrific neighborhood! J’adore!

Es un hotel muy limpio pero la habitación es un poco incómoda

I guess as an American I was used to or expecting more comfort features ie. In room coffee maker, fridge, table and chair. No complaints about staff, very pleasant and understanding.

The room we had was a twin room, perfect size for two adults. There was a TV with some English channels. The bathroom was a great size! Amenities provided such as towels, soap, hair dryer. Perfect location for the Eiffel Tower. And lots of restaurants and supermarkets located close by. Will definitely stay here again
