Although we have put a “do not disturb” tag outside, someone still go into our room when we are out ! Feel very unsecured Towel is not very clean, and no hair conditioner provided Good thing is it is very close to the metro station

Entire staff was extremely helpful and friendly. This hotel is close to metro, restaurants, and many local bakeries and cafes.

Beds and shower were great. Location within walking distance to Eiffel tower. Room was very small with luggage. Good for short stays

Did not need AC. Accomodation was average. Staff was super. Disappointed with the room advertised for a queen bed. There was a 10 inch between the foot of the bed and the wall. Had to creep to go to the washroom.There was no suitcase stand. In fact there was no.place for any. One side had 28 inches between the bed and the window wall. The other side had a 30 inch space between the bed and wall/front door. We had two suitcases and no place to put them. You had to open them and close them and push them aside to get in and out the room.Will be great for a single bed. It is falsely advertised and misleading.

The bathroom and the room were very nice and clean, however we did feel the classic room lacked space to move around each other and somewhere to put our emptied cases, we had to put them on the bed by day and on the floor by night. therefore could not take advantage of the daily room service over our 4 night stay. It was disappointing tea and coffee were not provided in the room Our feelings were the classic room would best for backpackers

Clean room, but air conditioning was not working. Breakfast wasn’t very good and an additional charge per morning. Location is in an okay neighborhood but I would not recommend walking from the hotel to the Eiffel Tower in the dark. It was fine during the day but not the best area to walk through at night. Location is too far to walk to any of the other big sight seeing things. The Arc de Triumph was a 45 min walk but takes an hour with navigating all the people on the streets. Lots of Uber fees this trip. Overall the hotel was nice and if you want a residential feel or have your own transportation this is the perfect place. The car service is a third party company and double the price of getting an Uber if you don’t want to take the metro.

The only criticism is that the breakfast area was very cramped and the staff were slow to notice that breakfast items,including crockery, needed replacing and topping up

It would be nicer if it had a mini fridge.

I appreciated some of the front desk staff others weren’t as helpful. Also returning the key card each time I left seemed ridiculous

Room was small but clean bed was comfortable but the doorway was extremely small. Cost and cute for couples

Rooms were clean. Staff was good. Great location could walk to pretty much anywhere. Older but nice.

Stuff is very helpful. They keep our luggage on check out day till evening so we can see Eiffel Tower and other attractions

Rooms was extremely small, property not as described online bed linens are change every 4 days, and because we was there for 4 nights or linens was never changed during our stay. water provided for guest we had to purchase 2 bottles water from front desk at $3.50 euro each, the rooms ac temperature was controlled by front desk staff and when I ask for it to be turned on I was told that if I want cold air they suggest that I open the windows as it was cool outside but not inside. Would NOT Recommend this place.

Staff very sweet, room very clean!

The staff was very helpful and polite. The room was clean and we had a great view of the Eiffel Tower out of our 3rd floor room.
