Was our first stay here after doing our homework re which hotel to choose. Really lovely little hotel, very good service from Eva and she helped print out a list of fab restaurants to try snd gave us advice about getting the metro etc. Wonderful help it was. Room was nice and clean but would have been nice if there was some storage space at our bedside tables and hooks to hang jackets on in the room. We would not hesitate to come back BUT it’s much cheaper if you book direct as we could have saved around 80 Euros booking direct to hotel over our 4 day stay. Super easy to walk over the road to get the metro at Duplex and from there it’s so easy to go anywhere……just use Apple Maps and voila! The cafe on the corner of Hotel was fab for croissants and coffees. It’s very popular hotel with guests from all over the world. Highly recommended.

Yes, staff was friendly and arranged my driver to and from airport. Beautiful room and great view from my comfortable bed in 405, will stay again.

Hotel in a great location. Metro line opposite. Easy to use. 13 min walk to Eiffel tower . Super market opposite. Fruit shop next door. Staff helpful at all times. When you leave the hotel you hand the room card in at reception and collect on entry every times

The staff was very nice and welcoming. The hotel looks recently renovated and very clean. Our room was cleaned daily, which we really appreciated. The location is excellent — only about a 10-minute walk from the Eiffel Tower. There are also many convenient places nearby such as bakeries, mini markets, and small bistros. Overall, a very pleasant stay.

Shops were nearby. The staff members were helpful.
Only consideration was that there was no blanket prepared for the guest. I used the two towels inside the bathroom as my night cover.

Hôtel is situated 1 minute from the nearest metro station and plenty of shops and places to eat all within seconds walk. Hotel is lovely and decor is what you’d expect of a Paris hotel. Our room had an Eiffel Tower view that made it all the better. The room upgrade for this is absolutely worth it. Breakfast is continental and everything you’d expect and plenty of it. Staff were all amazingly polite, helpful and professional at all times. I would 100% book this hotel again for future trips to Paris.
