埃斯梅拉达酒店

We had been upgraded to my room. Very spacious room. Actually, it shall be house. It has kitchen, dining room and sofa. Very nice staff, he allowed me to stay my luggage after we left five days later.

這是一間很古風、有特色又溫馨的法式小旅館。到達的第一天早上十點多左右，原本計畫先將我的行李寄放在旅館，先出門晃晃吃個午餐，待下午再回飯店check-in。沒想到旅館的前台人員翻一翻入住登記本後（是的！他們不是用電腦查詢，而是使用手寫的登記本，多樸質可愛！）告訴我已可先入房，不過前台人員突然又苦惱的翻了翻登記本後，告訴我目前只剩下4樓（最高樓）的房間，不過view非常好！長途旅行後，能提早入房放行李、稍事休息，我當然欣然接受。接著親近的前台人員幫我將行李箱提到房內，然後簡單的介紹房間設備和窗外的景觀後才離去。 我必須承認，和我想像中有些不同，像是沒有電視、冰箱以及電梯...。雖然踩著狹小的迴旋樓梯爬上4樓（等同台灣的5樓）是有點累人，不過這些對於帶個登機箱旅行的我來說並無大礙，至於電視、冰箱的有無也不是那麼重要。 這旅館的建築感覺的出來很有歷史，當你踩在房間的地板時會吱吱作響，房間的桌椅、櫥櫃也有些陳舊，但這些都瑕不掩瑜，老式的窗檐外看出去即有聖母院、塞納河美麗的窗景；優越的地理位置，旅館樓下就是有名的莎士比亞書店及聖母院，店家和餐廳眾多，不遠處也有超市；離RER B和C線、Métro 4號線都只有五分鐘內的步行距離，到各個景點都很方便。無論是瑪黑區、拉丁區、羅浮宮、歌劇院區、香榭麗舍大道...我甚至最後都很少搭乘地鐵，都用散步的方式便可走達，非常愜意！另外旅館的清潔人員每天都將房間打掃的非常仔細、清潔，這一點我也非常滿意。 我每年都會至巴黎旅行，這間老實說不是我住過最新、最漂亮、設備最好的，但是它溫馨、舒適、機能方便，非常有獨特的魅力。我明年一定還要回來住這間！

Location is good; however, no lift in the hotel and the stairs are quite steep.

This is a unique experience. It is in a 400 year old building that is shared with the famous Shakespeare and Company bookstore. The worn wooden stairs, peeling wallpaper add to the character. We had an amazing view of Notre Dame from our window. You can almost feel the spirits of those who used to hang out here...Ernest Hemingway, The Fitzgeralds.

Old and funky Old World charm oozing. No elevator but the staff will volunteer to carry your bags up for you. Perfect location.

19歳の我が娘にとっての初海外一人旅。空港からのアクセスがシンプルで、周囲の環境が危険で無いこと、かつ豪華すぎないことを条件に選択しました。フロントの方も親切だし、可愛らしい内装で満足してました。

We loved our stay at Hotel Esmeralda which felt like stepping back in time. The hotel does a great job of keeping original features and character while offering modern amenities. The ensuite was functional and clean and I was impressed with the availability of plug sockets in the room and great wifi. The staff we met were all helpful, friendly and spoke good English which was great when we have limited French. Although there is no lift we were helped to the room with our luggage. The location could not be better for access to the bars and restaurants of the Latin Quarter and of course the beautiful Notre Dame.

Perfect place to explore Paris from!

Each of the three rooms I tried had bedbugs that appeared within a few minutes of me sitting on the bed. That being said, the hotel is in an excellent location and the staff was understanding of the situation. Once the bedbug problem is fixed, it would be a decent place to stay in a great location

The location is absolutely perfect. Close enough to the Metro and night life. The hotel is slightly dated but for a weekend in Paris it was perfect. The room was satisfactory and had a shower with bath. The bed was comfortable enough with wooden bed frame and a bit squeaky so apologies to the room next door 😉 Would definitely go back!

Tres bien insonorise et a deux pas de notre dame. Bonne literie. Dommage que le lavabo ait ete bouche durant les 24h malgre information de la reception des lentree dans la chambre. Sinon tres propre...attention escalier etroit

Very charming hotel. It was decorated in an old-French style while having modern appliances. The room had some minor wear-and-tear issues but was clean overall. The hotel is in a very lively area with plenty of restaurants nearby. Also had great views of Notre Dame Cathedral. Staff was very friendly and fluent in English and Spanish. Just be prepared to climb stairs as there is no elevator.

This hotel is like a piece of Paris that hasn't moved in time. The staff is so friendly and welcoming, it is very rare to get this type of service nowadays. Loved the experience and will definitely go back. So refreshing, thank you for an awesome stay!

Bien situé, vue sur la cathedrale ND de Paris. Ceci dit la chambre etait malpropre, la chaleur etait étouffante. Je ne recommande pas du tout.

The hotel was lovely with a great welcome from the front desk staff, funny and whitty. The hotel itself was full of character, comfy and perfect for a city break. Would recommend.

This tablet shipment is from the 1800s without modern updates. It’s an excellent place but there is no elevator in the furnishings are old. At the desk are wonderful. Definitely great price for the place if you don’t mind walking upstairs and having old furnishings

Great historic building in the best possible location.

Great location right across the street from Notre Dame and RER Station. Very friendly staff who were extremely helpful. Older hotel but great price.

I had a lovely room and the location is absolutely perfect. Also very suitable for solo travelers.
