Good, just that the service a bit inconsistent , eg no supply of soap or sampoo, till requested

The location is reli good , 3 mins can arrive the train station , we can slow walk to the Eiffel towel within 15 mins.
All of the crew in the reception is good 👍 and polite , especially the night-receptionist , he teach us how to say goodnight in French.
There is only have around 5 space in the car park , if you want to go there by drive , don’t forget book for it first .

Well we were called because of noise. But the way they approach to us in the door was very rude. Imagine you were dying or something was going on instead of you asking what happened you decided to talk to us like kids. The hotel was great besides that experiences.

The location is excellent and very close to everything you’d want to see.
The night staff were extremely kind and helpful; however, some of the other staff were rude.
Unfortunately, our room was a disappointment. After each shower, the toilet became unusable since it was directly next to the tub with no shower glass. Additionally, there was no way to adjust the room temperature, which made the stay uncomfortable.

It was a beautiful hotel- the front desk was so friendly and helpful- we really enjoyed the one guy that worked the evening shifts - room was beautiful and only a 10 minute walk to the Eiffel Tower
