Chambre très propre, sanitaires très propres, literie très bonne et top emplacement,
Au niveau du personnel c’est du 10/10.
Si j’avais une remarque à faire, ils manque juste le sac pour le linge sale. C’est la seule remarque que je ferai tant cet hôtel est bien.

I’ve been to Paris a few times and this is best stay I’ve had. The lady who checked us in on the 9th at midday was amazing!
Fab location, lovely rooms and breakfast.
Would definitely stay here again when I come back.

all are very nice only think the room is too small, the 2 beds are put together and a narrow space left on each side beside bed, even a baggage cannot be laid flat on both side, only one can be put, unlike the room photo posted on this site.

I spent four nights at Gramont Opera. Generally, I am satisfied with the service of the hotel. The room is spacious and comfortable. Metro is just stone throw away from the hotel. What I disjusted was the housekeeping servant, they spoke very loudly at the corridor. As door was not that sound-proof, I was awaken by them every morning. The hotel didn't provide us the "DO NOT DISTURB" sign. One time, when i was still on the bed, the servant "trespassed" my room without knocking door.
