I can see it does pay effort to clean but I still find some hair left on the bed/table...... In general you didn't see any rubbish left. Also the setting for the toilet is a bit strange and some of the fixture in the shower is broken. You can still use it but feel strange. For me I expect a 4star hotel more. In general it is good，friendly staff and there is lift. It locates at very convenient location that you can access easily.

this staff and the room are great, but they better set-up a door or curtain for the shower room, the water is just spilled to the living area, no matter how careful we are.

Initially travelling to France was a suddenly planned trip, so I could only make a reservation with a non-cancellable option with the hotel due to the short time lag between my date of booking and my date of intended stay. However, I cancelled my trip to France just the night before the announcement of lockdown of France. I contacted the hotel for many times to ask for any contingency plan and refund arrangement, but obviously, there were no staff on duty to reply phone calls or emails. After I was back to my country, I had to contact Hotels.com and Hotels.com tried to contact the hotel on behalf of me, which wasted a lot of communication time. Ultimately, the hotel did not reply to any of our inquiry email. Such poor customer service was very unacceptable and unprofessional! I have never been to France, and even for my next visit, I will never ever book or recommend this hotel to my family and friends!!

We were only staying for one night, but very impressed. We had a nice twin room, quiet and spacious, clean and with everything you need. Suoer friendly and helpful reception staff. Close to Gare du Nord, so very convenient. Would stay here again.

One of our rooms had not been cleaned and serviced.

Rummet lite slitet och daterat, men framför allt opraktiskt (inget handfat vid toaletten).

The hotel was ideal for our stay, a great position near the Gare du Nord means you can get anywhere in the city easily. However a special mention for the concierge who went out of his way to help resolve a problem we encountered! Thank you.

chambre calme au 6eme spacieuse, avec quelques rangements originaux et pratiques ; manquait juste une lampe au bureau (et .. des œufs durs au petit déjeuner)

The room is fine. However there was a lot of noise coming from a neighbouring installation. The man at the reception managed to sort it out, but the next morning, when I left, it was back. Main downside for me is the lack of a fire exit. When in the 6th floor with only a wooden staircase and a dingy lift next to it, I did not feel very safe in case of a fire.

Small rooms but good location for train station. Lots of eateries in area and metro across the street.

Very noisy due to a number of mechanical appliances….air conditioning/ventilation units etc. HARDLY SLEPT!!!

We chose hotel so close to trains , expected noise but was a lot , next time a few blacks further would be better

Hotel assez mignon Proche de la gare ( et donc peut etre bruyant :sirenes, cris..) Les portes ne sont pas insonorisée donc on entend les gens monter descendre, parler, claquer les portes... Chambre propre mais meuble vieux ( taches sur lit, chaise décolorée...) Eu problèmes d eau chaude première nuit. Cela a été réglé rapidement Eu problèmes avec écoulement des WC, donc impossible de tirer la chasse. Malgré bonne volonté du personnel, cela a été réglé le 3ieme jour.
