The hotel was spectacular and the service more than excelent and the owners very charming. My family loved it.

Absolutely dreadful experience very eccentric property and definitely doesn’t warrant the 5 star rating or the price charged. Very surprised that Expedia promotes this property on their website as it can only damage reputation

Magnificent house and garden. The shady garden and pool are a perfect retreat from summer heat. Staff were all wonderful.

Un autre monde, une autre époque, le paradis dans cet établissement plein de charme où l'on aimerait suspendre le temps... Un jardin luxuriant, une végétation exubérante, un cloître... rien depuis la rue ne permet d'imaginer une si belle demeure entretenue avec amour par ses propriétaires. Partout où le regard se pose, ce n'est qu'enchantement, tout est beau et l'atmosphère sereine... Belle chambre très agréable, excellente literie, bonnes prestations. Un petit bémol toutefois : pas de brosse dans les wc, petit déjeuner trop cher. Personnel charmant, efficace, accueil parfait avec surclassement Nous avons hâte d'y revenir à la belle saison. Si vous passez à Nîmes, ne manquez surtout pas cette adresse !!!

The entire facility is spectacular. I wish we had spent more time here. The hotel is absolutely adorable. Gorgeous. The food is fabulous. The ONLY complaint I have was room temperature. Both us and the couple we were traveling with had rooms that just would not cool down at night. The a/c just would not cool down the rooms. Other than that this is the one time that the pictures actually do depict what you see and experience. Amazing. We will be back.

Room service et carte non disponible et de qualité vraiment inférieure pour un 5 étoiles J aurais eu honte de service ca!! Réflections du personnel Non adapté le client est roi... Petit déjeuner sans supplément possible de viennoiserie et mini je précise Un yaourt annoncé a 8€ sur carte et fini à 10€ sur la facture Super! Eau de la piscine glaciale malgré que cela soit conjugué avec un hammam Côté toilette oublié la brosse pour toilette et laisser traces de votre passage pas chic ni hygiénique D extérieur beau pour un 5 étoiles mais de l intérieur ça ne va pas C était notre 2 eme fois une fois en été une fois en hivers il n y aura pas de 3 eme fois

It's not a five star hotel. I would call it a motel. The owners live there. She told us to be quiet at 2PM as my son was swimming since her granddaughter was sleeping. It took a shower and she came up to complain that water is leaking through the ceiling. The whole building is very old but only partially renovated. I would strongly advise against this "hotel".

Wonderful experience. We stayed 5 nights with another couple. The owners and staff couldn't have been more helpful with restaurant and sightseeing recommendations, all first-rate, and selected for our preferences. The bedrooms were lovely, and the linens sumptuous. The main floor rooms offer privacy in elegant surroundings. The hotel is very private, with beautiful gardens, and a short walk to the old city. This was our second stay at this hotel, and we rate it highly.
