Small room and bathroom with a small shower that does not shield water well. The floor is very watery after the shower. There’s room to improve.

Wonderful property in a quiet neighborhood that’s a ten-minute walk down the hill to the beach.

Tres bien dans l'ensemble , tres bon petit déjeuner, bien placé. lit tres confortable , concept littéraire apprécié, chambre un peu petite, salle de bain pas très privative.

Parfait, tout était conforme à la description. Séjour très agréable, personnel accueillant, agréable et compétent. Petit déjeuner copieux. Parking, piscine très bien. Hôtel proche de tout. Je recommande l'hôtel sans aucune hésitation. Merci pour tout.

I was here 2 years ago, the price was $130/150 for a bedroom , great deal then Small rooms even by European standards . Today it was close to $400 ......why the jump .Same place ! Clean inside, the tiny balcony was not usable too much pigeon dropping all over .Needs major cleaning . Overprice for what it is . Love their filtered water machine in the dining room .

This hotel is all nice. The receptionist are very kind. They helped me a lot when I need some help. And the location is so good to get to the beach. And you can get to the supermaket behind the hotel. And the best thing for me is not a carpet. Which is so clean and very cozy. I do recommend you this hotel. I love everything in this hotel. And also you can park a car in front of the hotel.

Nous avons globalement passé un bon séjour pour la nuit du 31 décembre au 1er janvier. Le petit déjeuner est excellent, et il y a beaucoup de choix, notamment des laits végétaux, ce qui est plutôt rare dans les hôtels. Le point négatif serait le parking, nous sommes arrivés à l’hôtel et le personnel nous a dit que le parking était plein. Nous avons donc dû nous garer au parking du Midi, ce qui nous a coûté 20 €, en plus de la nuit à 230 €…. c’est assez regrettable de devoir payer le parking dans Biarritz en plus de la nuit dans un hôtel 4 étoiles qui n’est quand même pas donnée. L’hôtel devrait disposer d’un nombre de places de parking au moins égal au nombre de chambres. Finalement, nous avons appris qu’il fallait réserver la place de parking avant le séjour, mais personne nous en avait informé.

10 mins walk to the beach and Casino and all restaurants downtown. I strongly suggest you reserve the parking with the Hotel in advance as space is limited and parking for the day is 30 Euros on the street. Heated pool was appreciated also.

Wir hatten insgesamt 7 Nächte in diesem Hotel gebucht , 6 Nächte und da wir eher anreisen wollten noch 1 Nacht davor . Zu diesen 6 Nächten können wir leider folgendes berichten : bei Ankunft baten wir um.ein ruhiges Zimmer, wie wir am nächsten Morgen um 7 Uhr feststellen mussten, war jedoch eine Straßenbaustelle mit Presslufthammereinsatz usw. Desweiteren war der Wandspiegel völlig kaputt, wurde jedoch auf unseren Wunsch hin zügig ausgetauscht . Leider war das Zimmer dauerhaft dreckig , es gab Staubmäuse unter dem ständig verrutschenden 2 Einzelbetten, der Sand vom.Strand wurde nicht gesaugt , einen Tag wurden nur frische Handtücher ins Bad gelegt , aber die Betten nicht gemacht , das Klopapier nicht aufgefüllt, die leere Kosmetiktücherbox nicht ausgetauscht und es gab auch keine neuen Kaffeetassen usw. Heisses Wasser gab es erst nach 45 Sekunden! Die Klimaanlage funktionierte ab Tag 2 nicht mehr , umd obwohl wir es tgl 2 mal meldeten passierte nichts. Das Personal am Empfang war nett , aber es gab leider auch eine total unverschämte Person. Die Bettdecken waren klumpig, und wurden 2 Tage lang anstatt mit passenden 1 Meter Bezügen mit 1 Bezug für eine Decke ,also ca 2.50 Meter Breite bezogen,was unmöglich zu handhaben war.Die Betten sahen aus wie von 1 Kind gemacht.Am letzten Tag stank das Zimmer bzw. Bad so bestialisch nach CHLOR,das wir 1 anderes Zimmer verlangten, weil wir innerhalb kürzester Zeit gesundheitliche Probleme bekamen.Dieses Hotel ist keine 4 Sterne wert!
