Beautiful views from hotel, responsive staff, excellent breakfast, convenient location. Would stay here again.

Our group absolutely loved this hotel. We had suites facing the water with large balconies and the rooms are huge. Very comfortable bed and huge tub. The red carpet wasnt my favorite, but the water views made up for it. Excellent bakery a block away we had breakfast at each day. Hotel restaurant was excellent for dinner. We are planning to come back next year and will stay here again!

Fantastic place to stay in Marseille. Staff are all incredibly nice and helpful. Location is amazing - right in the heart of the old port with a sensational view. Very nice clean rooms: comfy, firm beds; good shower. Excellent breakfast. Very accommodating (we were travelling by bicycle and they went out of their way to store our boxes and help us get organized to fly home.)

Fantastic central location in the Vieux Port, very convenient for sightseeing and shopping. The train station is two metro stops away. Fantastic views of the harbor and a very nice restaurant downstairs. My favorite hotel in Marseille.

Good place, good service, good area.

This is exactly the place to stay in Marseille, especially in a room with a balcony looking out at the Old Port. Staff is friendly and accommodating, and the hotel is well-kept. There is so much to see at the Old Port and the adjoining historic Panier District, but only a 5 minute walk away is the magnificent Paris-style Blvd La Canebière with its contrasting elegant squares and North African market,

Great location, small balcony was really great.

Not a bad hotel, they had clearly just painted the washroom door and forgot to take the tape off… walls are very thin so you hear everything beside and above you… not fun if your a light sleeper

The hotel is rundown in and out there were cracks in ceiling. No ventilation in bathroom and additional room in suit. They are not worth any money and we paid more then 200 pounds a night. Dont book it ever

The people on reception were lovely and the art and tapestries were beautiful. We had a big room with a spacious bathroom and a magnificent view of the port with bathrobes and toiletries supplied. I did feel that I would have liked a proper balcony rather than a Juliet one (thought I had booked one, my fault). The second floor was noisy at night as the port area is lively and full of fun. Probably better when you can close the windows and run the air con in the summer. Excellent location to explore the old port and the old town, loads of restaurants.

excellent location, Very good breakfast, nice staff. Spacious and clean rooms. Excellent view BUT what a pity... all windows have a very big concrete bar mid-height the window that significantly blocks the view when seated inside
