Small room for a family of four, reception closed at 7pm.

Accueil infantilisant avec rappel de se doucher avant d’aller à la piscine, interdiction de fumer dans tout l’hôtel sauf au bar, besoin de négocier de trouver des verres en plastiques pour pouvoir boire un cocktail en bord de piscine , besoin de négocier pour prendre le petit dej dehors bref, c’est un peu la tôle avec une patronne assise dans son canapé à la réception qui ne salue même pas et surveille des jeunes filles à l’accueil essayant de faire le maximum en respectant des consignes très stricts enviées le client. Je pense qu’en colonie de vacances les jeunes ont plus de liberté … j’ai dû rappeler au moment du Check in qu’il n’y avait pas besoin de nous moraliser : nous avons reçu de l’éducation!

The hotel is in a very good location, in front of the beach and of a trail of about 1km heading to the city center, very nice. Snorkeling and swimming is good. Personnel is generally nice. However, the landlors (couple) is very unfriendly. We arrived at the hotel at 2:10, after a trip which started at 4AM, with delays and problems. We were tired and just wanted to put our stuff in our room, put on swimmsuites and go to the beach - we had opera at 8 in Aix. Owners insisted that "check-in is at 3PM"; even if the room is ready, they claim that keys opens the rooms at 3 (in >50 years of travelling all over the world this is the first time I hear about such a system/story) - they sent us to a room to change our stuff, did not give us a towel (they are only for the super-small "pool"). And they treated us really badly. Nextday: the locker did not work, even after changing batteries, we spent half an hour with trial and errors - I still remember the owner's aggressive voice saying "can't you wait 10 minutes?" Now, accidets happen, and indeed the personnel was very nice. But this lady... I never met such an unfriendly person iin an hotel. Owners should make their guests happy, not confront them with hursh and aggressiveness! So: the hotel is very nice, 5 stars, and most likely you will not meet the landlors, but in my opinion they deserved 1 star. As I said, I am a frequent traveller, visiting hotels all around the world, but I never had such bad experience with hotel's owners.

ça a été. le petit dej etait bon mais je suis pas sûr que les viennoiseries viennent de boulangeries. la chambre est grande avec une grande tv mais pas de chromecast. dommage. le personnel est accueillant.

Really nice hotel, clean and great breakfast. Small rooms but very nice and clean. Beach across the streat. Pool is calm and nice. Only thing is they did not give my Expedia bonus or free room upgrade.

Bra frukost. Rent o fräscht. Trevliga människor som hade hotellet. Mycket nöjda med allt. Underbar miljö i omgivningen.

HÖTEL EN COURS DE RENOVAYION

Joli petit hôtel bien situé à 100m du sentier de bord de mer, chambre (petite) mais calme, bien équipée, propre, bonne literie, petit dej sympa au bord de la piscine, au calme. Les propriétaires sont vraiment trés accueillants et sympathiques, merci à eux.
