Beautiful property with great views, but the building is hard to navigate and does not have fitness facilities. Very tasteful decoration and the smooth valet parking is a plus as well, those running it were excellent and very friendly (even charging EV). Would recommend for a ski vacation but would have predeeed closer to town with kids.

Très bel hôtel! Personnel très accueillant et toujours souriant.mention spéciale au voiturier , très sympa et à la masseuse qui fait d’excellent massages ! Nous reviendrons l’année prochaine !

This is one of the best hotel experiences we’ve had. The staff and service were excellent, the room was beautiful, and the restaurant was fantastic. This is a place we will return to.

Rigtig fint ophold, hvor vi blev taget rigtig godt imod og vist værelset frem. Nemt at finde, lidt svært med parkering, men valet parking redder det. Fin morgenmad med super personale, hvor udsigten er super flot, men svært at finde ro til at nyde maden. Synes det er lidt falsk reklame at det første billede fra hotellet, er et badeområde 7 km. fra hotellet og det er svært at vide før man er der og det bør fremgå mere tydeligt. Synes ikke at området omkring selve hotellet er specielt godt, men byen ser fin ud. Hotellet ligger lidt indelukket, med vejen hele vejen rundt om i et terræn som ikke indbyder til at nyde omgivelserne.

The huge pool that's advertized on the main page of the hotel does not exist. In reality, they have a small 6 man pool in the basement. Otherwise OK hotel, but far from finished in the details that you would expect from a hotel at this price

Totally amazing!!!

Hotel novo, com móveis e utensílios novos. Decoração muito bonita. Banheiro muito bom, água quente e com pressão. Piscina e jacuzzi com temperatura ideal. Sauna seca e chuveiros bons. Pontos negativos: poucas opções de alimentação e room service. Valor acima da média. Poderia ter uma academia pequena para alongamento e exercícios simples. Por ficar longe da cidade (a pé) poderia ter mais opções de alimentação, e compras básicas dentro do hotel, como água e comidas rápidas. O restaurante do hotel fechava às 20:30. Poderia ficar aberto mais tempo. Sauna úmida estava com baixa temperatura, não podendo ser utilizada.

Un accueil chaleureux, une très belle décoration et soins des détails, service voiturier/navette de l’hôtel un vrai plus ! On recommande.

El hotel increíble, todo está perfecto menos el desayuno. La verdad la comida muy pobre en cantidad y calidad, y el servicio del desayuno bastante deficiente. Era buffet pero tardaban hasta media hora en volver a poner comida. Creo que estaban superados en su capacidad. Y fue un contraste complicado de entender porque en general el servicio en todas las demás áreas era muy bueno. Y otro detalle fue que se descompuso el elevador y al final no era tanto problema usar la escalera, el problema era que tenían los carritos del servicio en la entrada de la escalera lo cual complicaba el acceso. Llaman la atención esos detalles siendo un hotel de tan buena calidad. Pero en general un gran hotel, con un diseño bastante bueno.

Overall staff were excellent and rooms were very comfortable and clean. Limited restaurant menu choices and pricey for what it was.
