Très très serviable et agréable

Lovely staff- kind, very polite and attentive. Spa was a bit of a disappointment,- dry sauna not hot enough, pool has no jets; often with lots of kids playing and screaming loudly in the pool. Not the best during relaxation.

WARNING against this place if you are skiing. Their so-called shuttle service is a major joke! You will constantly be told it's 10 minutes until the next one, but in reality, it can be 30 minutes. The shuttle coordinator was consistently dismissive and rude, plus he had no clue in general. One day, the entry road was blocked by delivery trucks, and there were no shuttles for 30 minutes, until one guest located the minivans blocked in or parked further down the road. The breakfast (super important meal if you are skiing) had the same standard as a crapy airport hotel. The pool area is miniature, and plus there are huge signs no kids allowed, and yet it's supposed to be a kid-friendly hotel. We actually ended up moving out prematurely and found an amazing hotel right by the ski lifts.

Super séjour. La chambre et les équipements étaient impeccable. La petite navette pour le centre de Megeve était très pratique car un peu loin du centre à pied. Le goûter était délicieux !! Nous reviendrons !

O hotel é muito bom , muito bonito e arrumado. Me incomodou um pouco a necessidade de vana p ir esquiar .E demora e elas atrasam , de resto tudo bom .

Hotel entry area is nice. We got one of the older rooms with an old bathroom, but overall nicely renovated. The spa was unfortunately not usable as the sauna, steam room and jacuzzi were all set too cold, which is a pity when you come for a winter vacation.

Wonderful stay at Hotel L’Arboisie! Staff were very friendly and courteous. The services were excellent including the shuttle services that takes you to Megeve town and to the slopes. We had a room with a balcony and the views were spectacular. They also had a complimentary afternoon tea and cakes which was great. The hotel looks and feels luxurious and had amazing amenities. Would greatly recommend!

Huone oli upgradetta meillä, sillä meillä oli mukanamme koira. Huone oli todella kaunis ja siisti. Hotellilta kuljetus kaupunkiin ja hiihtokeskukselle. Kyytejä meni usein ja jouduimme pisimmillään odottamaan muutaman minuutin. Kaikin puolin voin suositella. Myös henkilökunta oli todella ystävällistä, ja hotellin ravintolassa oli myös tosi hyvä ruoka!

Beautiful property with great views, but the building is hard to navigate and does not have fitness facilities. Very tasteful decoration and the smooth valet parking is a plus as well, those running it were excellent and very friendly (even charging EV). Would recommend for a ski vacation but would have predeeed closer to town with kids.

Très bel hôtel! Personnel très accueillant et toujours souriant.mention spéciale au voiturier , très sympa et à la masseuse qui fait d’excellent massages ! Nous reviendrons l’année prochaine !

This is one of the best hotel experiences we’ve had. The staff and service were excellent, the room was beautiful, and the restaurant was fantastic. This is a place we will return to.

Rigtig fint ophold, hvor vi blev taget rigtig godt imod og vist værelset frem. Nemt at finde, lidt svært med parkering, men valet parking redder det. Fin morgenmad med super personale, hvor udsigten er super flot, men svært at finde ro til at nyde maden. Synes det er lidt falsk reklame at det første billede fra hotellet, er et badeområde 7 km. fra hotellet og det er svært at vide før man er der og det bør fremgå mere tydeligt. Synes ikke at området omkring selve hotellet er specielt godt, men byen ser fin ud. Hotellet ligger lidt indelukket, med vejen hele vejen rundt om i et terræn som ikke indbyder til at nyde omgivelserne.

The huge pool that's advertized on the main page of the hotel does not exist. In reality, they have a small 6 man pool in the basement. Otherwise OK hotel, but far from finished in the details that you would expect from a hotel at this price

Totally amazing!!!

Hotel novo, com móveis e utensílios novos. Decoração muito bonita. Banheiro muito bom, água quente e com pressão. Piscina e jacuzzi com temperatura ideal. Sauna seca e chuveiros bons. Pontos negativos: poucas opções de alimentação e room service. Valor acima da média. Poderia ter uma academia pequena para alongamento e exercícios simples. Por ficar longe da cidade (a pé) poderia ter mais opções de alimentação, e compras básicas dentro do hotel, como água e comidas rápidas. O restaurante do hotel fechava às 20:30. Poderia ficar aberto mais tempo. Sauna úmida estava com baixa temperatura, não podendo ser utilizada.

The hotel is beautiful, the services are good and the staff are very respectful.
