The hotel staff were very attentive, especially in the boot room where service was exceptional. Only criticism was the lack of view and the flimsy bath.

Fantastic stay!

The ski room staff was fantastic! The meals were incredible. Overall an amazing trip that we will remember for years to come. Would definitely go again!

We stayed for 4 nights in March '24 and definitely did not have a 5-star experience. We found the hotel to be grubby (there were old ski clothes under the bed and in the drawers when we arrived). The room was an awkward shape and very noisy being at the front of the hotel. Breakfast was disappointing and on most mornings we were simply ignored. Parking was expensive, ski hire was extortionate (we went elsewhere). We were also shocked to be charged for the bowling/games. Overall, just dull, miserable decor and a hotel trying to be something it isn't. Luckily we got a good rate, but I would definitely look elsewhere when staying in Tignes next time.

Bon séjour à l'Hotel Diamond Rock. L’accueil est parfait et le confort de l’hôtel est tout à fait correct. Le personnel est très souriant et à l'écoute. Bref un bon séjour

I and my son were staying 4 nights at Diamond Rock for 4 days of ski. This is probably the best ski hotel we have stayed in. The room is lavish and comfortable. Cleaning service several times a day. The pool is warm to the right level and very clean. Breakfast is rich in tropical fruits. Martina at the front desk was very very helpful in arranging our dinners at nearby restaurants (including hotel transportation at no charge) as we like variety. The ski room personnel is all about service. The ski equipment that we rented was top-of-the-line. The Oysters at the bar are excellent. The bottom line is - if you can afford it - don't hesitate and book it. For the stuff - Thank you for making our vacation so special.

5 Star all the way, exceptional service from all the staff which came across naturally.

Globalement très bien mais 2 problèmes : Les enfants accèdent au sauna et au hamam et y jouent aussi, sans respecter le calme de l’endroit. Il faudrait à mon sens le réserver aux de 12 voire de 16 ans comme partout dans le monde. Une jeune femme à l’accueil le soir est « limite » : très nonchalante, sa présentation est négligée (pas aux standards d’un Leading Hôtel en tout cas) et ses informations approximatives voire erronées (ce qui est problématique quand on demande des horaires : mieux vaut avouer ne pas savoir que raconter n’importe quoi …

Excellent property - ski in and out. Good food. Would highly recommend.

Hôtel de très bon confort proposant des prestations exceptionnelles. Le personnel est bienveillant et à nos soins. Le summum : le bowling, le ski roum, le service de la couverture, l’accès direct aux pistes, la restauration. Petit déjeuner varié et excellent. Tout était parfait. Merci encore à toute l’équipe

Séjour fantastique, le Diamond Rock à vraiment un service 5 étoiles du début à la fin, je le recommande vivement

Had a great stay. Valet parking, ski in & out, great bar and restaurants, pool, jacuzzi, sauna, spa, ski and boot hire, everything you need. Friendly and attentive staff.
